Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2025 Application Form will be released in third week of January 2025. The Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics (JEEP) is a state level entrance exam. Examination is conducted by Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee. Candidates will be offered admission in Diploma courses in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy, Lateral Entry (Diploma) etc. Admission will be offered into different government & private institution in Uttarakhand. JEEP 2025 Application Form

Candidates must check following details regarding JEEP 2025 application form:

• The Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2025 application form will be released via online & offline modes.
• JEEP 2025 online registration process will start from first week of January 2025.
• For offline registration, candidates will be able to fill the form from first week of February 2025.
• The last date to register for Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2025 will be till second week of April 2025.
• Authority might provide correction opportunity to rectify incorrect details in the form, so one must re-check their details before submission.
• All communication details will be sent at given phone number & mail Id, so it must be valid/ working in any case.
• One must not forget to upload/ attach passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• Incomplete or incorrect details in the form will lead to rejection, so students must check all details are completely filled.
• Once all details are filled, students must take printout of their filled in form for future use.

Documents Required at the time of registration:

Application Fee:

• The application fee for JEEP 2025 will be submitted via online or offline mode.
• Credit card, debit card or net banking method will be applicable via online mode.
• One will have to submit application fee as Polytechnic Institutions or via speed post, if submitting via offline mode.
• For General & OBC Category, application fee will be Rs. 800/-.
• For SC & ST category, application fee will be Rs. 500/-.
• In any case, registration fee will be non-refundable or non-transferrable.

JEEP 2025 Application Correction

Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2025 Application Correction will be made available via online mode. Authority may or may not provide any correction process to rectify mistakes. It will be allowed only in few particulars. Candidates will be able to make in April/ May 2025.

Candidates might get opportunity to edit mistakes only during application process. Students are advised to fill their form carefully. One have to use login credentials to make changes in their incorrect details.

JEEP 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check following eligibility norms regarding Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2025:

General:

• Nationality: Indian National citizen will be eligible to apply.
• Fitness certificate: Applying candidates must be physically fit & must have fitness certificate to be eligible.
• Age Limit: There will be no age limit to apply for JEEP 2025 Examination.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in qualifying exam will be eligible to apply.

For Diploma in Engineering/Technology:

• Qualification: Applying candidate must have qualified 10th/12th examination from any recognised board or university.
• Percentage: To be eligible, one must score atleast 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Mandatory Subjects: Students must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as mandatory subjects.

For Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology:

• Qualification: Candidates must have qualified 10th/12th level exams from a recognised board.
• Subjects: Individual must have English as compulsory subject in their qualifying exam.
• Percentage: One must have scored minimum of 35% marks in the qualifying examination.

For Diploma in Pharmacy: 

• Qualification: Students must have qualified 10th/12th examination from any recognised board or university.
• Mandatory Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics (PCMB) as mandatory subject in qualifying exam.

Check following step by step procedure regarding JEEP 2025 application form:

• Visit officials website (Link will be given above)
• Click on the, “New Registration” Option
• Enter basic details as candidate’s name, parent’s name, qualification, D.O.B.
• Enter communication detail such as valid/ working phone number & mail ID.
• Through OTP, click on “Login” option.
• After that, click on “Apply Now” button.
• Proceed to fill other asked & required details in the form.
• Once all details are completely filled, re-check complete details.
• Now you will be re-direct automatically to, “pay the fee” option.
• Submit application fee as per your category.
• Upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• Upload all documents with images coloured & within given size & format
• Now click on, “Submit” option.
• Once you submit, a confirmation page will appear on your screen
• Take its printout & keep safe till future use.
