JEXPO 2024 Application Form can be filled till 15th May 2024. Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (JEXPO) exam has been scrapped. The exam was conducted to provide admission in various Diploma courses. Admission will be done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying exam. • JEXPO 2024 Application Form is available through online mode only.
• Candidates must fill the application form with details such as personal, academic details, contact details, etc.
• Applicants are also advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• Application form of JEXPO 2024 has released from 23rd February 2024.

JEXPO 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria for diploma courses given below:

• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizen and must be Permanent Resident of West Bengal to be eligible.
• Age Limit: The candidate must born on or before 1^st July 2009. No upper age limit.
• Qualification: Applicants must pass 10th class or its equivalent from any recognised board/ institute.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidates must pass with Science/Physical Science & Mathematics subjects to be eligible for exam.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final year exam in 2024 are also eligible to apply for exam.

JEXPO 2024 Exam Pattern (Exam Scrapped)

The exam pattern for JEXPO 2024 is mentioned below:

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through offline mode.
• Total Marks: The paper will contain total 100 marks.
• Medium: The exam will be in English and Bengali language.
• Type of Questions: The paper will contain multiple choice questions in the paper.
• Duration: The duration of exam will be 2 hours to solve the paper.
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be given to candidates for correct answer. There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.

Following are the preparation tips for JEXPO 2024 examination to score well in the exam:

• Appropriate timetable must be prepared for studying for the exams, and they must adhere to it.
• Information must be gathered from the authoritatively prescribed syllabus and exam pattern.
• Last year’s Question Paper must be solved for an enhanced understanding of the question pattern.

JEXPO 2024 Admit Card (Exam Scrapped)

The admit card for JEXPO 2024 will be available through online mode. To download the JEXPO admit card, candidate have to enter application number and password. Hall tickets will be released in first week of July 2024. The admit card contains details such as exam date, time, venue, roll number, etc.

No candidate is allowed to take the examination without having a valid admit card. After downloading the admit card, it is instructed to check all the details printed on the admit card. With hall ticket candidates must carry one of the valid ID proof such as Aadhar card, PAN Card, passport, etc.

JEXPO 2024 Result/Merit List

The authority will publish the result in the form of a merit list and rank card. Candidates will be required to log in using their roll number to access their scorecard. The JEXPO (WB Polytechnic) result will be declared in June 2024.

Along with the result, candidates who will be shortlisted for admission their merit/ rank will be made available on the website. Different merit list will be released by the authority for various courses. Candidates must take the printout of the result card for further use. The result will not be sent individually to the candidates by mail or any other offline mode.

WB Polytechnic 2024 Counselling

The JEXPO counselling will commence in June/July 2024 through online mode. It will be mandatory for all the shortlisted candidates to participate in the counselling process. It will be available through online mode.

In the counselling process, candidates will have to choose the course and college in which they want to study according to their rank. Authorities will also verify the documents at the time of counselling. So, candidates must carry their relevant documents while reporting at the allotted college with required fee.
