JKCET 2024 Result is released in the form of merit list. The JKCET exam has been canceled from the year 2022. Now, admission is provided to the candidates on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam i.e., class 12th.

JKCET 2024 Merit List
JKCET 2024 Merit List is released through online mode. Candidates can get the result in the form of a pdf. There is no separate entrance exam conducted for providing admission. On the basis of eligibility, the authority prepare the merit list.
Authority has prepare the merit list for providing admission to the candidates in various engineering courses. It is prepared on the basis of marks secured in the 12th class. Merit list is provided separately for reserved and unreserved categories.
Those candidate’s whose names are present in the merit list can participate in the counselling session. Not having a name in the merit list lead to disqualification from the further admission procedure.
JKCET 2024 Tie Breaking Criteria
Candidates can check the tie breaking criteria in case of equal marks scored by the candidates.
- Candidates who secured highest marks in Mathematics will get higher placed in the merit list.
- Aspirants sumring higher marks in Physics will consider first if marks obtained in Mathematics are equal.
- If candidate marks still remain, then candidates who obtain higher marks in Chemistry will get priority to be placed on the merit list.
- If both candidates score equal in Maths, Physics and Chemistry then who is older in age will be able to get listed on the merit list.
JKCET 2024 Cut Off
The JKCET 2024 Cut off will be released by the authority so that candidates will be able to check their qualifying status. Candidates those will secure the marks equal or above than cut off will have to participate mandatory in the counselling process.
Authority will fixed the set bar for the aspirants to exceed it to get admission. Conducting authority will mention those names of the candidates who have marks above than cut off.
