Kalyani University 2022 Application Form

Following are the complete details with some key instructions regarding the KALYANI Application Form 2022:

• The Registration Form is released through online mode only.
• Registration Process for the UG Courses is regulated from 18th July to 5th August 2022.
• For PG Courses, Candidates will have to register themselves from the August 2022.
• Applying candidates must fill the application form very carefully as university will not provide any correction facility later for the application form. 
• The details filled by candidates in the application form must be correct and authentic, as any alteration in the details could cause rejection of application form. 
• Candidates must submit the application form prescribed date, as no application form will be accepted after prescribed date. 
• Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

The Application fee can be submitted through both online as well as offline mode. Candidates can use prescribed payment gateways for transaction of application fee.

Kalyani 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Following are the complete eligibility norms for KALYANI University 2022 Admission:

• UG Course: Candidates must passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination with 45% (40% for reserved category) marks from any recognized board.
• PG Course: Candidates must be the bachelor’s degree holder in required discipline from any recognized university.
• M.Tech course: Candidates must have B.Tech/B.E. degree from any recognized university and He/ She must have valid scored GATE exam.
• MBA course: Candidates must be the bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline with valid score card of CAT/ CMAT/ MAT examination.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in year 2022 can also apply for Kalyani University.

Kalyani University 2022 Admission Procedure

Kalyani University Admission procedure will be regulated on the basis of candidates scores in the university and required national level entrance examination. The admission procedure will begun with the registration process. Every candidates will have to register themselves for the admission process. 

The admission procedure will be regulated for eligible candidates only, so candidates must make sure that they are eligible before applying for the examination. The final admission will be offered to the candidates on the basis of merit list.

Kalyani University 2022 Merit List

Kalyani University Merit List will be released by the university after few days from the completion of examination. Authority will release the merit list for every exam participated candidate individually. Candidates will be able to access their merit list from the website of university through online mode. 

The merit list will consist of names of the shortlisted candidates for the counselling procedure. Candidates will be called for the counselling /admission procedure on the basis of university level merit list. 

Kalyani University 2022 Counselling

The Kalyani University counselling procedure will be conducted by the authority after few days from the declaration of merit list. Authority will conduct the counselling procedure for shortlisted candidates only. Candidates will be able to participate in the counselling procedure through online mode. 

The counselling procedure will be conducted in the various rounds based on the availability of seats after each rounds of counselling. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their performance in the examination and PI rounds. 

After allotment of seats, shortlisted candidates will have to report at the Kalyani University campus for completing the remaining formalities for admission.
