Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form

  • Application form of Karnataka PGCET 2025 will be made available through online mode.
  • Candidates will be able to submit the application form in second week of August 2025.
  • Candidates applying for Karnataka PGCET 2025 must satisfy the eligibility criteria.
  • For registration process, details i.e. name, email ID, phone number etc. will be needed.
  • Application form must be filled with details i.e. personal and qualification etc.
  • Scanned images of candidate’s photograph and signature must be uploaded in prescribed size.

To apply for Karnataka PGCET 2025, candidates must follow these steps:

  • Step-1: Go to the website (link will be given above).
  • Step-2: Click on “PGCET-2025 Registration” link.
  • Step-3: Complete registration process by entering email ID and phone number.
  • Step-4: Login to website and fill the application form.
  • Step-5: To fill the form, candidates will need to provide personal and qualification details.
  • Step-6: Upload all necessary documents like photograph and signature.
  • Step-7: Select the declaration box and complete application process.
  • Step-8: Pay the prescribed fee via online mode.

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Correction

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy Karnataka PGCET Eligibility Criteria 2025 before filling the application form:

For MBA Courses:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent examination from a recognised institute/ college.
  • Marks: A minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST category) must be secured to be eligible to apply.

For MCA Courses:

  • Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent examination must be completed from a recognised institute/ college.
  • Marks: At least a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST category) must be obtained to apply.
  • Subjects: Candidates must have Mathematics at 10+2 level or graduation as compulsory subjects in the qualifying examination.

For M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Arch Courses:

  • Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
  • Marks: One must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST category) in their qualifying examination.
  • GATE Scores: Candidates must have a valid GATE Scores to apply.

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: Examination will be held via offline mode.
  • Duration: The exam will be of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Total Questions: Total 100 questions will be available in question paper.

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Admit Card

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Answer Key

The authority will publish Karnataka PGCET Answer Key 2025 within a few days after the completion of entrance exam. The answer key will be released in second week of November 2025 through online mode.

Candidates will be able to raise their objections, if any, within the given time in respect of published answer key. The objections raised will be examined by a subject expert whose decision will be taken into consideration for preparation of result. 

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Result

Karnataka PGCET Result 2025 will be declared in fourth week of November 2025. Candidates will be able to check their Karnataka PGCET 2025 result through online mode. The authority will prepare results of candidates based on their performance in entrance exam.

To check the result, candidates will need to enter their application number on the website. Authority will also publish a separate merit list for different courses based on marks obtained in PGCET 2025 examination, GATE scores and Sponsored candidates. 

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Cut Off

The cut off of Karnataka PGCET 2025 will be made available through online mode. Those candidates who will satisfy the minimum qualifying criteria will be eligible to apply for admission in respective courses of their preferences.
