NIFT 2025 Application Form submission will begin in first week of December 2024 through online mode. NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) is a renowned design & fashion institution which conducts national level entrance exam for admission into various Fashion technology courses at UG and PG level. This exam is conducted every year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in order to provide admission to eligible students in B.Des/ B.F.Tech/ M.Des/ M.FM/ M.F.Tech programmes.

Through this exam, qualified candidates will be given admission at 16 campuses of NIFT and other affiliated institutes located across the country. NIFT 2025 Application Form

Applicants are advised to read all the instructions carefully before applying for NIFT 2025:

• Candidates will be able to apply for NIFT 2025 Entrance Examination through online mode only.
• The NIFT 2025 online registration and application form submission will begin in first week of December 2024.
• Before applying, candidates must ensure that they meet all the eligibility requirements for admission.
• All the relevant details like personal, educational qualifications and address details must be entered in application form. 
• Any mistakes in the details filled in application form will be corrected by candidates from the correction window before second week of January 2025.
• Candidates must upload a scanned image of their photograph, signature, category certificate etc as per the given instructions.
• The application form can be submitted by candidates before first week of January 2025.
• After the submission of online application form, candidates must download and retain a printout of it for future reference.

Application Fee:

• The Application fee of NIFT 2025 can be submitted via online mode.
• Applicants have to make payment with debit card/credit card/net banking payment gateways.
• The application fee is non-refundable.

NIFT 2025 Application Correction

Candidates are advised to pay close attention while filling up the online application form. The particulars filled can be edited before final submission of the application form through online mode only. No changes will be accepted through Post/ fax or by any other offline mode. 

Once finally submitted, particulars in certain specific fields can be edited by candidates only during the correction period. The application correction window will open in second week of January 2025. Any request for changes in any particular after the closure of correction period will not be considered. 

NIFT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates will be able to apply only after the fulfilment of the following NIFT 2025 eligibility criteria:

For B.Des Programme:

• Age Criteria: The maximum age of candidates must be 24 years as on 1st August 2025. Candidates belonging to reserved category will be given a relaxation of upto 5 years..
• Qualification: Applying candidates must have completed their 12th class or equivalent  from a recognised board. 
• Those candidates who have passed 12th standard from National Open Schools with a minimum of 5 subjects will also be eligible.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th examination will also be considered eligible.

For B.F.Tech Programme:

• Age criteria: The upper age of candidates must be 24 years. For reserved category candidates, a minimum of 5 years relaxation will be allowed.
• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have passed 12th level or equivalent examination from any recognised board.
• Subjects: In the qualifying examination, candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

For M.Des/ MFM/ M.F.Tech:

• Qualification: Applicants will be required to pass Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognised institutions/ university.
• Appearing: Final year candidates will also be eligible to apply for admission.

• Visit the online website link (link will be provided above)
• On the homepage, click on “Click here to apply” link.
• Complete the registration process to fill an online form using Email ID and Mobile Number.
• Fill the online application form with details like personal, communication, address and qualification details.
• Upload the scanned images of a recent photograph, candidate’s signature, category certificate and other documents in prescribed size and format.
• Make payment of prescribed application fee using online payment modes.
• Download and take print copies of Confirmation Page of application form, after successful remittance of application fee safely for future reference.
