The KVPY fellows have been receiving the fellowship according to the norms of DST. Component of Inspire, SHE (Scholarship for Higher Education) is a flagship course of DST under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. The main objective is to attract candidates to study basic and natural science subjects at UG & PG levels. Though, number of scholarships are announced for students pursuing Bachelor’s/ Master Level courses in basic & natural science areas. Inspire SHE 2024 Application Form

Candidates must go through following details regarding Inspire SHE 2024 Application Form:

• The application form for Inspire SHE 2024 will be released from September till last week of November 2024.
• Candidates will be able to submit registration form for the scholarship via online mode only.
• Incomplete or incorrect details in KVPY application form will lead to rejection, so make sure to re-check the details before submission.
• Candidates must make sure he/ she fulfill each eligibility norms as form will be accepted only of eligible candidates.
• Students must not miss to upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• During registration, one must provide valid/ working email ID & phone number as it will be accepted only of eligible candidates.

Documents required at the time of registration:

• 10th marksheet/ certificate
• 12th marksheet/ certificate
• Endorsement certificate in prescribed format
• Advisory note/ Eligibility notes
• Certificate specifying rank or award in JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ NEET/ KVPY/ NTSE/ JBNSTS/ International Olympic Medalists, etc.

Inspire SHE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check following eligibility norms before applying for INSPIRE SHE 2024:

Qualification:

• Candidates pursuing Natural and Basic science courses in India at B.Sc, B.S, Int. M.Sc, M.S level & those who have secured ranks in JEE of IIT, AIPMT (within 10000 ranks).
• Those having aggregate marks within top 1% of their 12^th level exam of any State/ Central Education Board in India and pursuing Int. M.S courses in Natural and Basic Sciences at IISERs, NISER & Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Basic Sciences University of Mumbai and Visva Bharati, Shanti Niketan.
• Meritorious candidates with aggregate marks within top 1% of 12^th level exam of any state/ central education board in India are eligible. Additionally, students should be pursuing courses in Natural and Basic Sciences at B.Sc, B.S, Int. M.Sc, M.S level.
• Candidates selected under KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) and pursuing Bachelor/ Master level courses in Natural Sciences.
• National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) scholars, Jagadish Bose National Science Talent Search (JBNSTS) scholars and International Olympiad medalists pursuing Bachelor/ Master level courses in Natural Sciences are also eligible.
• Age Limit: To be eligible, one must be between 17 years to 22 years.

• Visit online website (Link will be given above)
• Click on, “New User Registration” Tab.
• Enter details such as email ID, D.OB & basic details in the form.
• Through OTP, proceed to fill other details in the form
• Save password securely for login.
• Scan & upload passport size photographs & signature in prescribed format.
• Click on the option, “Scholarship” & then click on, “Apply for scholarship”.
• Before submitting, re-check the entered details.
• Click on ‘YES’ or ‘No’ button if you are availing any other scholarship or not
• After submission, a confirmation page will appear on your screen
• Take its printout & keep safe till future use.
