KVPY 2022 Syllabus will be prescribed by the exam conducting authority for SA, SB and SX stream. Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana or KVPY 2022 is a national fellowship programme managed by the Indian Institute of Science. KVPY was started by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to encourage the students to take up research careers in Basis Science. The aptitude test will be held in January 2023. In this article, we are updating the complete information related to the KVPY 2022 Syllabus.

KVPY 2022 Syllabus

The syllabus will be comprised of four Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology. There is no prescribed syllabus for the aptitude test. The syllabus contain the topics & chapter of the Class 10^th/11^th/12^th/1^st year of B.Sc/ BS/ B.Stat./ B.Math./ Int.M.Sc/ MS.

Stream SA Syllabus:

The syllabus of KVPY exam for Stream SA covers all the topics & chapters of Class X & XI. The syllabus of Stream A will be as given here:

Physics: Magnetic Effects of Current, Sources of Energy, Reflection, Refraction, Electromagnetic Induction, Applications in Daily Life, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Physical World and Measurement, Gravitation, Thermodynamics.

Chemistry: Chemical Reactions, Metals and Non-Metals, Periodic Classification of Elements, Carbon Compounds, Acids, Bases and Salts, Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Thermodynamics, States of Matter: Gases and Liquids, Classification of Elements & Periodicity in Properties, Environmental Chemistry.

Biology: Control and Coordination in Animals and Plants, Heredity and Evolution, Reproduction, Life Processes, Our environment, Plant Physiology, Diversity of Living Organisms, Cell: Structure and Function, Human Physiology.
