Law Entrance Exams 2024 – National, University & State Level List
In India, various national & state level law entrance exams are organized for admission in undergraduate & postgraduate programmes. One can either pursue BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.Sc LLB after 12th standard examination or 3 year LLB, after graduation in any stream. You can also pursue LLM course after graduation. Law course is most popular course after engineering & medical. In India, there are many colleges/institution which offers admission on the basis of entrance exams. National level Exams
Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national level exam which is conducted by Consortium of National Law Universities. This entrance exam is organized for admission in UG, PG and Integrated law courses of different National Law Universities in India. CLAT is held through online mode (Computer Based).
National Law University, Delhi organizes All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) every year. AILET will be conducted for those candidates who want to seek admission in UG & PG law courses that will be offered by the national law university and its affiliated institutions.
All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national level entrance exam that is supervised by the Bar Council of India. The application form will be provided through online mode. After passing this entrance exam, Bar Council of India (BCI) will award the qualifying candidate with the “Certificate of Practice”.
Law School Admission Council (LSAC), USA is the main conducting authority which conducted at worldwide level entrance exam that is known as Law School Admission Test (LSAT). This entrance exam is organized to offer admission into various Law colleges/institutions of India and Foreign countries. LSAT is held for admissions into UG programmes include BA LLB, B.Sc LLB and B.Com LLB.
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT) is a University level entrance exam that is governed by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University. SAAT is held for admission in different courses that are provided by the university constituent colleges. SOA National Institute of Law offers admission on the basis of SAAT, CLAT & LSAT score.
Delhi University Admission 2024
University of Delhi organizes does not organize its own entrance test for admission in law programmes. CUET & CLAT scores will be considered to offer admission in various UG & PG law courses. Candidates will be provided applications in the month of March. The application form will be available through online mode.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) offers admission into UG and PG law courses – BA LLB, BBA LLB & LLM. Previously, the University used to organize law entrance exam IPU CET to offer admission into law courses. As per latest changes made by the university admission will be provided based on CLAT UG / PG Scores.
Aligarh Muslim University manages a university level entrance exam for all the courses that will be offered by the university. The university conducts entrance exam for admission in law programme i.e BA LLB Admission Test & LLM Admission Test. Admission in UG courses will also be given through CUET scores.
Allahabad University is famous university of Uttar Pradesh that provides UG, PG, diploma, and research courses in the area of arts, commerce, law, and sciences. The university organizes Law (3 years) Admission Test (LAT), BA LLB (Hons) Five Year Integrated Course Admission Test (LFAT) & LLM for law courses. Admissions are also offered on the basis of CUET scores.
Allahabad University 2024 Application Form
Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) is the most popular university in India. The university offers various courses in the field of engineering, management, law, etc. The courses offered by the university in the area of law are LLB, BBA LLB, B.Com LLB & LLM .
KIIT University is the main conducting authority that organizes Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam (KIITEE). It is a university level entrance exam organized for admission into UG & PG engineering, medical, law, etc courses. The university offers BA LLB/BBA LLB/B.Sc LLB in the area of law.
Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2024
Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) is a university level test is a university level entrance exam. SLAT is managed by the Symbiosis International University. The university constituent institutes i.e. Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Noida & Hyderabad offers BA LLB & BBA LLB. The SLATT Exam will be held through Pen & Paper mode.

The Lovely Professional University organizes university entrance exam for various courses in the area of Law, Engineering, etc. The university conducts LPU NEST exam which is compulsory for all candidates who seek admission in LLB, BA LLB (Hons.), B.Com LLB (Hons.) & BBA LLB (Hons.). Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will not conduct any entrance exam to offer admission into law courses. Candidates, those looking for admissions in three-year LLB programme will have to appear for CUET exam. Admissions will be given on the basis of CUET UG & CUET PG scores.

On behalf of AP State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad the Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur organizes state level entrance exam for law courses. This entrance exam is known as Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET). It is conducted for admission into LLB, LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB/BA LLB/B.Com LLB/ BA LLB (Hons.).

Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of the TSCHE organizes Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET). This entrance exam is conducted for admission into 3 Year / 5 Year LL.B Regular Courses in Telangana state. The question paper was set in both English & Telgu Language.

yes you can pursue this course, there are many private universities which offer this course. You can also pursue LLB from Open university.

Through CLAT Exam. There was age limitation of maximum 20 years till 2015. In 2016 no age bar was there, but in 2017 it is said by sources that age will be factor for eligibility.

Government law college the best college in mumbai
okay so i am a final year student and i am having a hard time deciding on colleges because some websites show that the particular college offers 3 year law course while some contradicts it.There is no such information on the website also.It would be of great help if i could get a list of colleges offering 3 year law course(LLB) and not the 5 year course.
Also i wnated to know particularly “NALSAR hyderabad” and “”National law school of india,bangalore”offers 3 year course or not.
