    What is the procedure.

  2. I did not get any seat in 2020 counselling as I wanted only Manipal campus (CS branches). My rank is around 3400 at which i would have easily got ECE. For 2nd round, should I apply for ECE in Manipal as last choice and then hope for it to be upgraded to CS branches in subsequent rounds? OR should I just keep my 4 CS options till last round? Essentially – Do they give preference to provisionally admitted candidates vs new registrations?

  3. In “Authorisation for representative” certificate, whose signature will be allowed as a representative signature? For PG programmes.
