Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) is a university level entrance exam held once in a year by the authority. For B.Tech. Courses:

• Qualification: Those passed candidates in class 12^th level or equivalent exam from any recognized board will be eligible to apply.
• Marks: At least 60% marks in PCM and 50% marks in English subjects in qualifying exam will apply for exam.
• Subjects: Applicants with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as a compulsory subject will be eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: To apply for exam, age of candidates must be 25 years to 28 years for male (30 years for SC/ ST). For female 27 years to 30 years will be required (32 years for SC/ ST category)
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in class 12^th level will also be eligible to apply for exam.

For B.Sc. Courses:

• Qualification: Passed candidates in class 12^th level or equivalent from any recognized board will be eligible to apply.
• Marks: Candidates with 60% marks in PCM subject and 50% marks in English will be eligible to apply for exam.
• Relaxation: 5% of relaxation will be given in English marks to eligible candidates.

For MBA Courses:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates with bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: There will be no age limit criteria to apply for exam.
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must score at least 50% marks in aggregate to apply.
• Relaxation: Candidates with eligible marks (except English marks) will be given 5% relaxation.
• Eligibility Medical: Qualified candidates will have to submit the Physical fitness certificate from registered medical practitioner.

IMU CET 2025 Admit Card

Candidates will be able to download the admit card through online mode. IMU CET 2025 admit card will be released in the last week of May 2025. There will be no offline method provided to access hall ticket. Candidates will have to visit the website of IMU CET to download the admit card.

Login details such as application number, password & security code will be required to download admit card. Candidates are advised to take hardcopy of admit card for further usage in exam day. Details such as exam date, time, venue, name, photograph, signature will be there in admit card.

IMU CET 2025 Result

Indian Maritime University will announce the IMU CET 2025 result through online mode. There will be no offline method provided to download result. Result will be published in the third week of June 2025.

Those appeared candidates in entrance exam will be eligible to download the result. It will consist of details such as rank of candidates, application number, candidates name, parents name, gender category, etc. qualified candidates will have to participate in counselling rounds.

IMU CET 2025 Cut Off

IMU CET 2025 cut off will be released through online mode. After the declaration of result, candidates will be able to check cut off marks on the website. Cut off marks will be determined on the basis of qualifying marks scores in entrance exam.

The availability of seats and the number of candidates appeared in exam will be main factor to release cut off. Those candidates who will score the minimum score in exam will have to participate in further counselling procedure.

IMU CET 2025 Counselling

Those qualified candidates in IMU CET 2025 exam will have to participate in counselling session. In the month of July 2025, counselling procedure will be organized for selected candidates. Applicants will have to register and fill options as per the preferences during counselling procedure.
