Here are some important instructions related to filling of Sharda University Application Form 2025:

• Application form of Sharda University 2025 will be accessible by candidates through online mode.
• The university will start the registration process in second week of January 2025.
• Applicants will be required to meet the eligibility criteria before applying for admission. The university will accept application form of eligible candidates only.
• All the relevant details like name, address, personal details, education qualification, communicational details etc must be provided in application form.
• While filling out the form, candidates must ensure that they provide correct and factual details, as no alteration will be made later.
• Upload scanned images of candidate’s photograph and signature in the given format and size.

Application Fee:

• Students will have to submit an application fee via online mode.
• Credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI are online modes of transactions.
• Application fee will be Rs. 1500/- for male and Rs. 1000/- for female category candidate.
• One paid, application fee will be non-refundable in nature.

Sharda University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following Sharda University Eligibility Criteria 2025 before filling application form:

B.Tech Course:

• Qualifications: Applicants must have passed 10+2 level or its equivalent exam from any recognised board to be eligible.
• Marks Criteria: In the qualifying examination, applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate and 50% in mathematics.
• Subjects: One must have passed with computer Science/ PCB/ PCB for Biotechnology as mandatory subjects without gap in 10th & 12th.
• Scores: Candidates who have a valid JEE Main scorecard and ranked upto 3 lakh will be exempted from SUAT.

UG Courses:

• Age Limit: Applicants must have reached a minimum age of 17 years as on 31st December 2025.
• Qualifications: Candidates who have qualified 12th or equivalent examination from a recognised university/institute.
• Marks Criteria: At least a minimum of 50% marks must be obtained in qualifying examination.

PG Courses:

• Qualifications: Applicants must have completed any Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university/institute.
• Marks Criteria: One  must have obtained at least 50% marks in their qualifying examination.

Sharda University 2025 Admission Procedure

The university will organise the admission procedure for Sharda University 2025 in various steps. Candidates will be required to register themselves successfully and appear for entrance examination. Candidates who will provide national level entrance exam scores will not be required to appear for SUAT entrance test.

The selected candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The final admission will be given to eligible candidates after evaluating their scores in entrance exam & performance in GD & PI rounds.

Sharda University 2025 Entrance Exam

SUAT (Sharda University Admission Test) is an entrance exam conducted by Sharda University every year. This entrance exam is conducted to provide admission in various professional courses offered at Sharda University.

 SUAT 2025 exam will be held via online mode. Candidates will be given 1 hour 30 minutes to complete the exam. The question paper will carry 100 questions for one mark each. There will be no negative marking for incorrect options.

Sharda University 2025 Result

Sharda University Result 2025 will be announced a few days after the completion of exam through online mode. Candidates will be able to download by using login credentials such as username and password. The result will be accessible by candidates in a PDF format. 

Applicants will be able to check their result in fourth week of June 2025. The result will consist of details like name of candidate, category, marks and rank obtained, roll number etc. those candidates who qualify the exam will be called for PI process at Sharda University Campus.

Sharda University 2025 Cut off

Sharda University Cut Off 2025 will be the least possible marks fixed by university in order to provide admission to candidates. Those candidates who will obtain equal to or more than prescribed cut off marks will be eligible to take part in further admission rounds. 

It will be mandatory for candidates to secure a minimum of 35% cut off marks in SUAT entrance exam to be eligible to get admission in University. The university will determine cut off marks based on several factors such as number of candidates appearing for exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year cut off trend, seats available etc.

Sharda University 2025 Counselling

Sharda University Counselling 2025 will be organised in first week of July 2025. All those candidates who qualify SUAT or other national level exam will be able to participate in counselling procedures. The university will inform all candidates regarding the starting of counselling procedure by sending an email or SMS.

The seats will be allotted based on various factors such as number of candidates appearing, seats available, rank obtained by candidates, GD/ PI rounds etc. Candidates must submit their original as well as self attested copies of necessary documents for verification process.
