The counselling process of MP PAHUNT 2019 is organizing in online mode. Candidates will be able to check complete information of online counselling process from the website. Only those candidates can participate in the counselling process whose name has been shortlisted in the merit list.

Candidates during the counselling process have to submit their original as well as photocopies of their required documents and testimonials. Seats will be allotted to various selected candidates as per their scores of qualifying exam, merit order and availability of seats.

The complete counselling procedure of MP PAHUNT 2019 is described below:

• Registration and Fee payment

Candidates have to first register themselves for the counselling rounds. The registration dates will be notified online on the website or in the newspaper. While registering candidates have to pay Rs.150 through the MP online portal or Kiosk.

• Document verification

After the registration, candidates have to visit any of the autonomous college prescribed by the board for the verification of documents. Candidates have to carry their original documents with their photocopies at the center.

• Choice Filling and Selection

After document verification, candidates have to fill the choice of course and institution as per their preference. For this the prescribed fee will be Rs. 250 payable at MP online portal or Kiosk.

• Downloading allotment letter

After making fee payment and filling choice of course and institution, candidates will be able to download their allotment letter from the website. Students have to enter their roll number, date of birth and password to download the letter.

• Seat allotment

Finally the seats allotment of the candidates will be declared online on the website after getting approval from various counselling committees. After every stage of counselling the cut off marks will be declared. After the allotment of institution candidates have to report at the allotted institution.
