Mumbai University 2021 Third Merit list has been released on 30th August 2021 for UG courses. Admission will be offered into various UG & PG courses offered in Science, technology, Law and other fields. Candidates seeking admission in management courses will have to appear for Mumbai University Common Management Entrance Test (MUCMET) & MUCLAT course. The university was established in the year 1857. Candidates will be able to apply for admission on the basis of 12th level scores & national level exam. Mumbai University 2021 Application Form
Candidates must go through following details regarding Mumbai University 2021 Application Form:
- Mumbai University 2021 Application Form has been made available on 7th August 2021 for UG & 12th August 2021 for PG.
- The last date to submit the application form is till 14th August 2021 for UG & 26th August 2021 for PG.
- Candidates are able to submit the application form via online mode.
- During registration, candidates are advised to fill all asked & required details in the application form as incomplete form will lead to rejection.
- Candidates must also provide valid/ working email ID & phone number in the application form as all important information will be send to it.
- It is also mandatory for candidates to upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- There is no need to send application form via post or courier to exam conducting authority.
- At last, candidates must also take printout of filled in application form for further use.
Application Fee:
- Candidates have to submit application fee via online mode.
- Online mode of payment includes credit card, debit card or net banking.
- The application fee for general category candidates will be 1000/-.
- For reserved category, candidates will have to submit 500/-.
- Application fee is non-refundable in any case.
Mumbai University 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must go through following Mumbai University 2021 Eligibility Criteria before applying for exam:
For UG courses:
- For Arts/ Management course: Candidates must qualify 12th level examination from any recognized board or university.
- For Science course: Candidates must qualify intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology (PCM/PCB) as mandatory subjects to be eligible.
- For Medical course: Candidates must qualify intermediate with PCB as mandatory subjects to be eligible.
- National level score: Candidates must apply through valid scores obtained in national level entrance exam.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in same year will be also eligible to apply for Mumbai University 2021.
For PG courses:
- For Arts/ Management course: Candidates must qualify Bachelor’s degree from any recognized board or university.
- For Science course: Candidates must qualify bachelor’s degree in Science to be eligible.
- National level score: Candidates must apply through valid scores obtained in national level exams.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in year 2021 will be also eligible to apply for Mumbai University 2021
Mumbai University 2021 Admission Procedure
Mumbai University 2021 Admission Procedure will get commence from 15th September 2021. Candidates will get admission through MUCMET entrance test. It will be organized by the university. Admission will be offered to candidates into UG Law programmes through MUCLAT. Candidates will be able to apply on the basis of national level scores.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the entrance test. For admission, candidates will have to visit university with required documents. Seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of merit list after submission of fee.
Mumbai University 2021 Entrance Exam
Mumbai University will organize MUCLAT/ MUCMET 2021 for seeking admission into Management & Law courses. Question paper will consists of 50 MCQ’s type question. Candidates will get 2 hours to complete exam.
Question will be asked from topics as Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, General Awareness & Logical & Abstract Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
Mumbai University 2021 Result
After test, authority has published result on website via online mode. Mumbai University 2021 Result has been made available on 17th August 2021 for UG. Candidates have to use their registration number & password to check result.
Admission will be offered as per the rank secured in the entrance test. Result/ merit list contain all required details such as candidate’s name, candidates ID & application ID, marks secured in each subject total marks, and result status (pass or fail).
Further all qualified candidates will be called for counselling process.
Mumbai University 2021 Counselling
It will be mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in the counselling process. Mumbai University 2021 Counselling will get start after the process of result declaration. Counselling letter will be made available on website via online mode.
Candidates will have to choose as per their choice & freeze their seat for the admission. Candidates will have to submit the counselling fee & will have to carry following documents during the procedure. Admission will be offered to candidates after the process of counselling.
