• Qualification: Applying Candidate should have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination with English as mandatory subject form any recognized Board.
• Age Limit: Applicant must not be more than 25 years old as on 01.07.2022.
• Relaxation: 3 years relaxation will be offered to the reserved category candidate.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final semester examination in 2022 can also apply for admission.

Following are the complete step by step process for filling NCHMCT JEE 2022 Online Application Form:

• Visit the website of NCHMCT JEE 2022 (link is available above).
• Now click on the new candidates registration link for NCHMCT JEE Application Form and fill the registration form with all required details.
• The NCHMCT JEE registration form consist of details like Basic personal details, Email Id, Phone Number etc.
• Once the registration process is successfully done, login into the NCHMCT JEE 2022 Application form.
• Now Fill the NCHMCT JEE Application Form with all required details including Personal Information, Educational, Communicational Details etc. and submit them.
• Details filled by candidate in NCHMCT JEE should be authentic and correct as any fails details can cause rejection of Application Form.
• After the final submission of application form, candidates will be asked to upload all required details including Scanned Signature and Passport size Photograph.
• Candidates photograph and Signature should be in JPG/JPEG format.
