Candidates have to register for the NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023 through online mode. Counselling process is conducted by every institution separately.

The counselling is organized in three rounds. Candidates have to fill their choices of institutions and lock the choices. It is necessary for the candidates to participate in counselling.

Candidates should fill choices of institutes in their order of preferences. The seat has been allotted to the candidates on the basis of the seat availability, filled choices, etc.

NCHMCET JEE 2023 Admission Procedure

Candidates, those allotted a seat have to report physically to the designated reporting center for documents verification and to collect the provisional admission letter.

After that, candidates have to report at the allotted college to confirm their seat. Candidates must report at the allotted college on a given time period.

Candidates must present with their original documents & allotment letter. In case, candidates will not report at the allotted institution in a given time, then the seat will be given to the other candidate.
