PGIMER Nursing 2022 Result

The result has been released by the exam conducted authority after few days from the conduction of examination. Authority will neither inform nor send any result to any candidates individually through any online or offline mode. Result has been declared on 1st July 2022 for M.Sc. Nursing & 11th August 2022 for B.Sc. Nursing courses.

PGIMER Nursing 2022 Counselling

The counselling procedure is conducted on the basis candidate’s merit in the respective merit list of entrance test. Candidates with general category have to score minimum 50% marks (45% marks for other category) to be eligible for counselling procedure.

PGIMER Nursing Counselling procedure is conducted through offline mode followed by the interview procedure. Candidates will be called for the counselling procedure on the basis of their rank in the merit list.

The schedule for PGIMER Counselling Procedure is different for every program. The authority conducts the counselling procedure in various rounds on the basis of availability of seats after each round of counselling. The seats will be allotted on the basis of candidate’s rank in the merit list.

PGIMER Nursing 2022 Application Form

Following are the complete details candidates need to know about the PGIMER Nursing Application Form 2022:

• Application form for PGIMER Nursing 2022  has been released through online mode.
• Application form for B.Sc. Nursing (4 years) and B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic) has been released from 26th May to 24th June 2022.
• For M.Sc. Nursing, the registration process has been regulated from 12th April 2022 to 2nd May 2022.
• The registration process is regulated for eligible candidates only, so candidates are advised to confirm their eligibility before applying.
• The details filled by candidates in application form should be valid and correct, any incomplete or invalid details could cause problem later at the time of admission.
• Candidates must have to submit their application form before last date of submission as no candidates will be allowed to submit the application form after that day.
• Application correction has been started for B.Sc. nursing courses from 28th June 2022.
• Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee:

• Application fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment gateways for transaction of application fee.
• There won’t be any application fee for PWD candidates.

PGIMER Nursing 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Following are the complete eligibility norms for PGIMER Nursing:

For B.Sc. Nursing:

• Gender: Only female candidates will be allowed to apply for B.Sc. nursing (4 year).
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Candidates should have physics, chemistry, biology and English as mandatory subjects.
• Marks: Candidates must secure minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying exam.
• Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be within 17 to 35 years on 31st December 2022.

For Post Basic Nursing:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: Candidates must secure 50% of marks in general nursing and midwifery.
• Other Eligibility: Candidates must have registered as midwifery and registered nurse in state nursing council.
• Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 45 years as on 1^st September 2022.

For M.Sc. Nursing:

• Qualification: Candidates should have passed either B.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic) from an Institution recognized.
• Marks: Candidates should have secured at least 55% of marks there qualifying examination.
• Experience: Candidates must have 1 year working experience till the last date of submission of application form.
• Other Eligibility: Candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife as approved by INC or substitute registration in the case of male candidate.

PGIMER Nursing 2022 Exam Pattern

Following are the complete exam pattern for PGIMER Nursing 2022:

• Mode of Exam: Examination will be conducted through Online mode (CBT) only.
• Exam Timing: Examination will be held in between 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
• Duration: One & half hour will be provided to solve question paper.
• Type of Questions: There will be multiple choice questions (MCQs).
• Number of Questions: 100 questions will be asked in the examination.
• Medium: Questions will be in English medium only.
• Number of Shifts: There will be only 01 (One) shift in the examination.
• Duration: 90 minutes will be allotted to solve the question papers.
• Marks: Question paper will be of 100 marks.
• Marking scheme: Each correct response will carry +1 marks.
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted on every wrong answer.
