NExT 2024 Syllabus is among the most awaited update for the exam. Recently, when NCISM released the official notification regarding the NExT 2024 examination for (Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Sowa-Rigpa), it was expected that the some update regarding the syllabus will also be released.
However, the major focus of the notification was regarding the conduct of the examination. The NCISM notification stated that the NExT 2024 exam will be held in the month of October, 2024.
Few months back AIIMS, Delhi started the NExT registration for MBBS graduates but was later cancelled. Soon the decision to conduct NExT in replacement of FMGE and NEET PG will be announced by concerned authority, till then it is paused.

The National Exit Test (NExT) is a proposed examination for medical graduates in India, intended to replace the NEET PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates) and the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) from 2025. NExT Syllabus 2024
The new notification which was released by NCISM stated information only for the graduates Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Sowa-Rigpa. For Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Sowa-Rigpa:
NExT 2024 Syllabus for Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Sowa-Rigpa graduates is same what they have studied in ther undergraduate. NCISM specifically mentioned in the notification that the syllabus will be as same that is prescribed by the NCISM in UG courses (BAMS, BSMS, BSRMS, BUMS).
For MBBS Graduates:
The NExT 2024 syllabus covers a range of clinical, pre-clinical, and para-clinical subjects. The below mentioned table showcases the complete syllabus of paper 1 and paper 2.
