Following are the details about NIMS University 2023 Application Form with some instructions below:

• The application form for NIMS University 2023 has been started through online mode.
• Candidates must fill the application form with details such as personal, academic, phone number, email id, etc.
• Before applying for the application form candidates must check the eligibility criteria.
• Upload the scanned documents i.e., passport size photograph and signature.
• The last date to submit the application form will be till fourth week of May 2023.

NIMS University 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech course:

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12^th level or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Subject: In qualifying exam candidates must pass with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Biotechnology, etc.
• Marks: The minimum marks candidates must obtain at least 45% marks for general category (40% marks for reserved category).

For B.Arch. course:

• Qualification: The candidates must pass 12^th class and 10+3 with diploma from any recognized board.
• Subject: Candidates must pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) to be eligible for exam.
• Scores: The candidates must have valid score in NATA and JEE.

For M.Tech course:

• Qualification: Candidates must hold bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field from any recognized university.
• Marks: The minimum marks candidates must score at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates).
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final year in 2023 are also eligible to apply for exam.

NIMS University 2023 Admission Procedure

The admission procedure for NIMS University 2023 will depend on various factors. The admission will be based on the university level entrance exam and other admission procedure organised by the university.

The candidates will be allotted seats based on the performance of candidate in university level entrance exam. The university will also accept the other national level and state level entrance exam scores for admission.

NIMS University 2023 Entrance Exam

The university will conducts the university level entrance exam for UG and PG courses. For some courses there will be no entrance exam, admission will be given on the basis of various national, state level entrance exam and Merit list.

The entrance exam for UG and PG will be held through online mode. After clearing the exam candidates can get admission in various courses such as B.Tech., BCA, M.Tech, MA, M.Com, etc.

NIMS University 2023 Merit List

NIMS University 2023 Merit list will release in March 2023. The merit list will be published through online mode for each registered candidate. For some courses merit list will be prepared on the basis of their national level and state level entrance exam.

Merit list will be available in PDF format where candidates can download the list to know their ranks for further purpose. Candidates can check their result by entering User ID and Password. After releasing merit list candidates will be called for the counselling procedure on the basis of their rank.

NIMS University 2023 Counselling

Candidates who will get shortlisted through the merit list will have to attend counselling rounds. Counselling process will be organised when seat will be allocated to the candidates based on the merit list and options filled by them.

The counselling process will be held in multiple rounds. Candidates will be notified about seat allocation through SMS on their registered number. Candidates will have to report at the counselling center for document verification and completing the admission procedure.

NIMS University 2023 Admission

Candidates will have to report to allotted centre assigned by the authority after seats will be allotted to them. The admission will be given to candidates when they will submit the course and other fees for confirming their admission.

The authority will release the admission letter for shortlisted candidates for admission procedure. At the allotted centre candidate have to bring the required documents for verification rounds.
