For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Students should hold a 3 years bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline  to apply.
• Marks: Candidates must have scored 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree to be eligible.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final year of the Bachelor’s Degree will also be allowed to apply.
• Scores: Applying candidates must hold valid scores in CAT 2025 examination to apply. Candidates who are OCI/Foreign Nationals/NRI/PIO/Children of Indian Workers of Gulf Countries/South East Asia must apply through GMAT Scores.

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th standard from a single recognised board.
• Subjects: Applicants must have passed the qualifying examination with Science stream to apply.

Nirma University 2026 Admission Procedure 

Candidates applying for Nirma University 2026 admission must appear for national level entrance exam such as CAT/GMAT or JEE Main. For MBA program, students shortlisted based on CAT scores will be invited to the Personal Interview & Theme Development & Presentation (TDP) process.

Based on the interview round, the authority will prepare a merit list. A composite score for final selection will be computed based on the weightage of entrance exam, personal interview, TDP, Academic performance and work experience.

Nirma University 2026 Merit List 

After the completion of interview process, the university will publish a provisional merit list for shortlisting qualified candidates. Students will be allowed to check the merit list via online mode from the website. 

Nirma University Merit List 2026 will be released in February 2026 for MBA courses and in third week of June 2026 for B.Tech courses. Students shortlisted in the selection process will only be invited for further admission process.
