Following are the details about Odisha DET 2023 Application with some instructions given below:

• The Common Application Form (CAF) for Odisha DET 2023 is made available through online mode for both courses.
• Candidates can fill the application form with details such as personal, academic details, email id, etc.
• Application form for 1^st year Diploma has been released from 17th April 2023.
• The last date to register for first year diploma course is till 19th June 2023.
• After entering the details, candidate must upload the scanned documents – photograph and signature as per format.
• Odisha DET 2023 application form for Lateral entry has been made available from 17th April till 20th July 2023.
• Details in application form must be correct as if there is any mistake application form may get rejected.

Odisha DET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must check the eligibility criteria for Odisha DET 2023 provided below:

Diploma in Engineering/ Technology Courses:

• Qualification: Candidate must pass 10^th class or equivalent by BSE, Odisha.
• Age Limit: The minimum age of candidates must be 14 years as on 1^st July 2023. The lower age of candidate must be 16 years for Mining and Drilling Engineering to be eligible for exam.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidate must pass with Science, English and Mathematics as mandatory subject.
• Marks: The minimum marks candidate must score are at least 35% marks (30% in each subject).

Lateral Entry Engineering and Technology:

• Qualification: Candidate must qualify 12^th intermediate or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Age Limit: Candidate age must be 14 years and lower age of candidate must be 16 years for Mining and Drilling Engineering to be eligible for exam. There is no upper age limit prescribed.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidate must pass with Science, English and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
• Marks: The minimum marks candidate must score are at least 30% in each subject to be eligible for exam.

Diploma in Non-Engineering Course (1^st year):

• Modern Office Management (MOM): Candidate must pass 12^th class in Science/ Commerce/ Arts from CHSE Odisha or its equivalent and secure 30% marks in each subject.
• HM and CT: Candidate must qualify 12^th intermediate in Science/ Commerce/ Arts from CHSE Odisha or its equivalent and score 35% marks (30% marks in each subject).
• Beauty Culture: The candidate must pass HSC/ 10^th class and obtain at least 35% marks and 30% marks in each subject with Mathematics, English and Science subjects.

• Go to the website (link is available above).
• On the home page, click on notification – ‘Odisha DET 2023’.
• Click on “Candidate Registration” link.
• Candidates have to register by entering basic details such as name, mobile number, email id. An OTP will be sent to provide mobile number.
• The candidates can generate the password for logging into the system.
• Then click on the login button.
• Now fill the application form with details – name, course details, educational qualification, email id, year of passing, exam type, etc.
• Upload the scanned documents such as photograph and signature.
• The size of scanned photograph must be between 20 KB and 100 KB in JPEG/ JPG/ PNG format.
• The scanned signature size must be between 20 kb and 100 kb in jpg/ jpeg/ png format.
• After entering the details, candidate have to pay the application fee through online as well as offline mode.
