PESSAT 2024 Result

PESSAT 2024 Result for B.Tech will be declared by PES University in first week of June 2024. Candidates will be able to see their results by entering information such as their roll number, date of birth, and so on. The university will publish the results on its website in an online format. 

PES university will compile a merit list based on result of the entrance exam. For each online course, a unique merit list will be drawn. Candidates who pass the exam will be contacted for additional counseling. The result will include roll number, marks scored by candidate in PESSAT 2024 Exam.

How to Download PESSAT 2024 Result

Listed below are steps to download PESSAT 2024 Result:

• Navigate to online website. (link will be provided above). 
• To access result page, click on the link. 
• Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth in the format (Date/ Month/ Year).
• When you click continue, rank card will be displayed on the screen. 
• Examine the result carefully and download it.
• Keep the result until the admission procedure will be completed. 

PESSAT 2024 Rank Card

Following the announcements of  results, PESSAT Rank Card 2024 will be made available on the website. Candidates will be able to see their rank secured in the written test on the rank card. 

They will not be able to check their ranks unless they have proper login credentials. As a result, candidates should keep their login credentials safe until the completion of the admission procedure.

A separate merit list will be made based on the candidate’s ranks in order to provide admission. Along with the outcome, a PESSAT rank card will be provided.

Tie- Breaking Criteria

If more than one candidate will have the same score, the tie-breaking criteria mentioned below will be applied to determine rank position.

The following are tie-breaking criteria for PESSAT 2024:

• Candidates who will answer exam questions correctly will receive a higher rank. 
• In  event of tie, candidates who respond to the exam questions, with the fewest negative responses will be ranked higher.
• If the tie remains, the senior candidate will be given greater rank and priority.

PESSAT 2024 Cut Off

PES University will release the cut off marks as soon as the declaration of result. The candidates who want to pursue courses such as B.Tech, M.Tech, Economics, MBA will have to obtain the minimum cut off scores to get admission at PES university in their desired courses.

Cut Off will be decided by the authority based on various parameters set for final admission.

PESSAT 2024 Counselling

PESSAT 2024 first round of counseling procedure will commence from the first week of July 2024.  PES University will offer PESSAT counselling to the qualified candidates. Only those who pass the exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling procedure. 

The counselling will be commenced through online mode. For the candidates, counselling will consist of two phases. The candidate’s rankings, seat availability and preferences will be used to determine seat allocation. Candidates must bring some necessary documents to the designated site for verification.
