PGIMER 2024 Result will be released on 2nd May 2024. It will be available on the website of INI CET and INI SS through login. The INI CET exam is conducted to provide admission into 6 years MD/ MS courses. Candidates will be offered admission into 3 years DM, M.Ch. and MD courses through INI SS exam. Both INI CET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test) and INI SS (Institute of National Importance Super- Speciality Entrance Test) are national level medical entrance exams.
Admissions in PGIMER are administered by Post Graduate Institute Of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. Besides PGIMER, Qualified candidates of INI CET & INI SS will be offered admission into institutions like AIIMS, JIPMER, NIHMANS and PGIMER. PGIMER 2024 Result – On 2nd May 2024

The result will be made available on the exam conducting authority website. For both INI CET and INI SS, the result will be declared on 2nd & 25th May 2024. It will be released through online mode. The authority will not provide results to the candidates individually. They have to download it from the website by entering their login credentials. The result will be available in the PDF format. Candidates must check the result in the form of category wise merit- list.
PGIMER 2024 Result will be calculated on the basis of percentile scores and the percentile scores are determined by the percentage. Candidates must obtain a good score in the exam in order to clear the cut off and get enlisted in the merit list and be eligible to take part in the counselling process.
The authority will publish the result after a few days of examination. The result will consist of the marks secured by the candidates in the entrance exam. Candidates must keep their result safe as it will be required at the time of counselling.

How to Download PGIMER 2024 Result
Follow the given steps to download the PGIMER result 2024:
- Visit the online website (link will be given above).
- Click on the “View Result.”
- Enter the User ID and Password.
- The result will appear on the screen.
- Download the result in the pdf form.
- Take a few prints out of it for future use.
PGIMER 2024 Inter-Se-Merit Regulation
In case of two or more candidates obtain equal percentile scores, then inter- se-merit for selection shall be determined on the following basis:
- A candidate who will make more attempts in passing the 10+2 examination would rank junior to the candidate who will make fewer attempts.
- If the attempts made in passing the 10+2 examination will also be the same then the candidate who will obtain higher marks in the 10+2 examination shall rank senior to a candidate who will obtain lower marks.
- If the attempts made in passing examination and the marks obtained will also be the same, then a candidate senior in age shall rank senior to a candidate who is junior in age.
PGIMER 2024 Cut Off
The following are the minimum qualifying percentile for different categories that the candidate must secure in order to pass the exam:

PGIMER 2024 Counseling
The counseling process of PGIMER 2024 will be held through online mode. Those students who qualify the entrance exam with a minimum qualifying percentile, name of those candidates will appear in the merit list. Qualified applicants will be able to register themselves for the counseling procedure. Candidates will call for counselling procedure according to the merit ranks.
PGIMER counseling will start in June 2024 for INI CET for the July session. The counseling procedure is conducted for both sessions separately. INI CET counselling will be conducted in various rounds. INI SS counseling will be held in June 2024 for the July session. Candidates must carry their documents/ certificates with them for the counseling procedure.
If seats are not allotted in the first round, there is no need to appear for the second and third round. Candidates must submit the required fee and verify the documents. Students must carry the following document for the same:
- 10th class marksheet
- DOB proof
- Valid ID proof
- Multiple passport size photograph
- MBBS marksheet
- MBBS Internship marksheet
- MCI registration certificate, etc.
