KLEEE 2025 Application Form will be released in fourth week of October 2024 for Phase I and third week of December 2024 for Phase-II. KLEEE (KL Engineering Entrance Exam) is a university level entrance exam conducted every year in three phases i.e., Phase-I, Phase-II and Phase-III. This entrance exam is conducted by KL University, Hyderabad to offer admission in UG level Engineering programme.

Admission is offered based on national level score cards such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, etc. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech courses must fill the application form through online or offline mode. KLEEE 2025 Application Form

• KLEEE Application Form 2025 will be filled by candidates through online and offline mode.
• The application form will be released in fourth week of October 2024 for Phase I and third week of December 2024 for Phase-II.
• Applicants must check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form.
• Provide all the required details like name, email id, phone number, academic qualification to fill online application form.
• Candidates will be able to make corrections in application form except their email ID & mobile number.
• Upload a scanned images of documents such as photograph and signature in form.
• The last date to fill application form will be till third week of December 2024 for Phase-I and first week of February 2025 for Phase-II.
• Candidates must retain a hardcopy of filled application form for further usage in the admission procedure.

Application Fee:

• KLEEE 2025 Application fee will be Rs. 1000/- for each candidate.
• Application fee will be submitted via both online as well as offline mode.
• For online transactions, candidates can use credit card, debit card and net banking gateways .
• A Demand Draft (DD) will be sent in favour of KL University payable at Vijayawada or any scheduled bank for offline payment.

KLEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfil the following KLEEE Eligibility Criteria 2025 before filling application form:

• Nationality: Applicants must be Indian Citizen/ NRI/ PIO card to be eligible to apply.
• Qualification: One must have passed class 12th level or equivalent from any recognised board.
• Marks: Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
• Subjects: Passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as mandatory subjects to be eligible to apply.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing for their final examination will also be eligible to apply.
• Scores: Applicants having a valid JEE Main scorecard will also be eligible to apply.

KLEEE 2025 Admission Procedure

KLEEE Admission Procedure 2025 will be organised on the basis of the KLEEE exam/ other national level entrance exam and academic performance of candidates. This admission procedure will be different for various courses as per the requirement.

Candidates will be required to secure qualifying marks in entrance exam, appear for Interview round and counselling procedure. The authority organises this admission procedure to shortlist eligible candidates for admission. 

KLEEE 2025 Entrance Exam

KLEEE (KL Engineering Entrance Exam) is conducted by KL University, Hyderabad for candidates who seek admission in Engineering Program at university. Candidates will have to fill the application form to be eligible to appear for exam.

KLEEE Entrance Exam 2025 is conducted every year in three phases i.e., Phase-I, Phase-II and Phase-III. Candidates will be able to appear for the exam through online/ offline mode. A duration of 3 hours will be given to solve exam. Based on entrance exam, candidates will be called for Interview and other counselling procedures.

KLEEE 2025 Result/ Merit List

KLEEE Result 2025 will be declared by university through online mode on the website. Candidates will be able to check the result in fourth week of January 2025 for Phase-I and third week of March 2025 for Phase-II. To download the result, candidates have to provide their login details such as roll number and date of birth.

The university will announce the result separately for each candidate. A merit list will also be published by university on the basis of number of candidates appearing in exam, candidates performance in entrance exam, availability of seats etc.

KLEEE 2025 Cut Off

The university will release KLEEE Cut Off 2025 after the declaration of result. The university will determine cut off marks based on several factors including number of candidates appearing for exam, difficulty level  of exam, seat available, previous year’s cut off etc.

KLEEE 2025 cut off will consist of minimal scores necessary for admission. Those candidates who score equal to or more than the cut off will be invited for counselling and further admission procedure. 

KLEEE 2025 Counselling

After the declaration of result, candidates will be called for participation in KLEEE Counselling 2025. The university will organise counselling procedures in month of February 2025 for Phase-I and April 2025 for Phase-II. For counselling procedure, university will shortlist eligible candidates on the basis of rank secured in KLEEE 2025 merit list.

Applicants will be required to carry their original documents during the counselling procedure for verification. The seats will be allotted only on the basis of number of seats available and rank obtained by candidates in merit list. Candidate will also be required to submit an admission fee  to confirm their seats.
