SGT University conducts university level entrance examination which is known as SGTUEE. Admission will be provided in the field of engineering, management and Law etc. SGT University Entrance Examination (SGTUEE) is conducted one time every year. SGT University 2021 Application Form

Candidates can check details about SGT University 2021 application form in the given section:

• Application form has been released through online online. Any offline mode is not entertained.
• Application form can be filled from the month of January 2021.
• Candidates can fill one application form for more than one course.
• Candidates must fill details carefully i.e. address, academic details, and other personal details.
• Fill application form correctly, incomplete application form will get rejected.
• Upload documents i.e. photograph and other self-attested essential documents.
• Documents should be uploaded in prescribed format.
• Candidates are able to fill their application form till the second week of June 2021.
• Candidates must take printout of filled application form and keep it safe for other procedure.

Application Fee:

• Application fee can be Rs.1100 for all courses.
• Application fee can be submitted through online as well as offline mode.
• Online application fee can be filled using credit card/ debit card or net banking.
• Application fee will be non-refundable in any circumstances.
• Candidates can pay fee through demand draft to be drawn in favor of ‘Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University’ payable at ‘New Delhi’.

SGT University 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through the SGT University 2021 eligibility criteria before applying:

B.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 class or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must secure minimum 45% marks in their qualifying examinations.
• Subjects: Candidates must have physics and mathematics compulsory subjects along with anyone out of chemistry/ computer science/ biotechnology/ biology.

B.A LL.B. (Hons.) Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10^th and 12^th class from any recognized board.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must secure 45% marks (42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ ST candidates) in their qualifying exam.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit is 22 years as on 1^st August 2021.

B.Sc. (Non- Medical):

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 class from any recognized board.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must have secured 45% marks in their qualifying examination.
• Subjects: Candidates must have mathematics, chemistry and physics subjects in their 12th class.

MBA Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in any stream from any recognized institute.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST candidates) in their qualifying examination.

M.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must have B.Tech/ B.E. degree from any recognized institute.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must secure 45% marks in their qualifying examination.

SGT University 2021 Admission Procedure

SGT University 2021 admission procedure will be done based on various procedures i.e. application filling process, entrance examination, interview and other. Candidates will have to fill application form through online mode.

Candidates can also apply based on JEE Main/ GATE/ MAT/ CLAT/ NIFT exam scores.  Authority will organize SGTUEE entrance examination for various courses. Candidates who will qualify entrance exam will be able to attend interview and counselling process.

In technical courses candidates can get admission through JEE Main scores. Seats admission will be provided to the candidates in counselling process.

SGT University 2021 Entrance Exam (SGTUEE)

SGT University conducts SGTUEE examination to offer admission in various UG and PG courses. Examination will be conducted through online mode in the month of January 2021. It will be necessary for the candidates to appear in the entrance exam.

45 multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination. For UG courses questions will be asked from the subjects i.e. general knowledge, verbal reasoning, English, abstract reasoning. Result will be declared after few days of the exam.

Candidates who have appeared in national level examinations i.e. JEE Main, CLAT, NIFT, GATE, MAT etc. will be exempted from the SGTUEE exam.

SGT University 2021 Merit List

SGT University 2021 merit list will be published through online mode. Candidates can check results in the fourth week of June 2021. Merit list will contain rank of the candidates. Result will not be send to the candidates by post.

Candidates whose name is present in the merit list will be shortlisted for admission/ interview. If candidates found any discrepancy in result then they can contact to the authorities.

SGT University 2021 Counselling

SGT University 2021 counselling will be begins from the month of June/ July 2021. In the counselling process seats will be allotted to the candidates. Seats will be provided to the candidates based on marks secured in entrance exam, total seats available etc.

For admission into PG courses candidates will have to attend GD and PI rounds. Candidates will have to present by person in the counselling. Candidates must bring their original documents for verification process.

Without verification of documents seats will not be allotted to the candidates. After seat allotment candidates will need to report at the college with allotment letter. Candidates will also need to submit required counselling fee.
