SRMHCAT 2023 Registration is open through online mode. It is a university level entrance exam conducted by SRM University, Delhi NCR. SRM Haryana Common Aptitude Test (SRMHCAT) exam will be conducted for those candidates who want to seek admission in various UG and PG programmes.

SRMHCAT 2023 Application Form

Following are the details about SRMHCAT 2023 Application form below:

The SRMHCAT Application form 2023 has been started for engineering & management courses.
Candidate can submit the application form for SRMHCAT 2023 through online mode.
Candidates must fill the application form carefully as any alteration in the details could cause rejection of the application form.
Fill the application form with details like name, parents name, email id, phone number, address, etc.
Upload the scanned documents like passport size photograph and signature.
The authority will not provide any correction facility to candidates.
The last date to submit the application form will be fourth week of June 2023.
Candidates must take the printout of the application form for future reference.

Application Fee:

The application fee can be submitted through online and offline mode.
Candidate can pay the fee using Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking and Demand Draft (DD) for transaction.
The application fee can be Rs.1100/- for every candidates.
Fee is non-refundable once paid.

How to Apply for SRMHCAT 2023:

Step-1: Visit the website of SRMHCAT 2023.
Step-2: Fill the general information like personal, address, gender, category and click the “Register” button.
Step-3: After new user registration, candidates will receive their user ID and password on the registered email id and phone number.
Step-4: Fill the application form by entering details such as name, mobile number, email id, DOB, etc.
Step-5: Candidates need to upload the latest photograph and signature
Step-6: After verifying the details click on “Save and Final Submit” button.
Step-7: Pay the online registration fee through online and offline mode.
Step-8: Take the printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

SRMHCAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for SRMHCAT 2023 is provided below:

For LLB (Hons) Course:

Qualification: Candidate must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognized UGC.
Marks Criteria: The minimum marks candidate must obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying exams.
Score card: Candidate must have valid score of CLAT/ AILET/ SRMHCAT exam.

For B.Tech Course:

Qualification: Candidates must pass 12^th class or equivalent examination from recognized board.
Subjects: The candidate must pass with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects.
Marks: The candidate must pass with minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for admission.
Score card: Candidate must have valid score of JEE Main/ SRMJEE/ SRMHCAT exam.

M.Tech Course:

Qualification: Candidate must have bachelor degree in B.Tech or BE. or equivalent from any recognized university.
Marks: Candidate must score at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible for admission.
Score card: Candidate must have valid score in GATE/ SRMHCAT exam.

For MBA Course:

Qualification: Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
Marks: In qualifying exam candidate must secure 50% marks to be eligible for admission.
Score card: Candidate must have valid score of CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT/ NMAT exam.

SRMHCAT 2023 Exam Pattern

Candidate must check the exam pattern for SRMHCAT 2023 provided below:

Mode of exam: The exam will be conducted through online mode.
Duration: The duration of exam will be of 90 minutes to solve the paper.
Type of Questions: The paper will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Total Questions: There will be total 100 questions in the paper.
Medium: The medium of exam will be in English language.

SRMHCAT 2023 Admit Card

Admit card will be available through online mode. Once the candidates have registered for SRMHCAT 2023 exam and selected the exam slots they can download the admit card. Candidates will not be able to attend the entrance exam without the SRMHCAT admit card.

SRMHCAT 2023 Result

The SRMHCAT 2023 entrance exam result will release through online mode on the website. The result can be checked with the ID and password created at the time of registration. The result can be downloaded along with the score card as soon as the result is published.

The SRMHCAT 2023 result will publish in first week of August 2023. The authority will prepare the result based on candidate’s performance in entrance exam. The merit will release as per the marks scored by the candidate and will be shortlisted for further admission procedure.

SRMHCAT 2023 Counselling

The counselling for SRMHCAT 2023 will commence from second week of August 2023. Counselling will be conducted for those candidates who will pass the SRMHCAT 2023 exam. The selected candidates will be called for counselling based on SRMHCAT 2023 merit list.

The merit list will be prepared based on the SRMHCAT 2023 cut off. Only those candidates who will fulfil the minimum cut off requirement set by the university will be eligible to attend the counselling session.
