SUAT 2025 Application Form

To know some general instructions related to SUAT Application Form 2025, read the below section:

  • SUAT 2025 Application Form will be made available through online mode.
  • Candidates will be able to fill the online application form in third week of January 2025.
  • Applicants must fill in necessary details in the application form such as personal, academic qualification and communicational details.
  • Also upload a scanned image of candidate’s photograph and signature in the specific format.
  • Candidates must review their application form before final submission as no correction window will be provided later to rectify.
  • The application form of SUAT 2025 can be submitted by candidates till fourth week of June 2025.
  • Applicants are advised to keep a hardcopy of filled application form for future references.

Application Fee:

  • SUAT 2025 Application fee can be paid through online as well as offline mode.
  • Online payment will be made via credit card/ debit card/ net banking payment gateway.
  • Offline fee can be deposited through DD in favour of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida or cash at Sharda University campus / Regional Offices.
  • It must be noted that fee once paid is non-refundable.

How to Apply for SUAT 2025

Follow these simple steps to apply for SUAT 2025:

  • Step-1: Go through the online website (link will be available above).
  • Step-2: On the home screen, press on “Apply Online” link.
  • Step-3: A system generated ID and Password will be provided to candidates for login.
  • Step-4:  Login by using credentials provided and fill the application form.
  • Step-5: Enter relevant details asked in application form carefully.
  • Step-6: Then, book your examination slot.
  • Step-7: Upload all required documents in specified format and size.
  • Step-8: Submit the application and pay the prescribed fee.
  • Step-9: At last, take a printout of filled application form for future reference.

SUAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following SUAT Eligibility Criteria 2025 before filling application form:

B.Tech Courses:

  • Qualifications: Applying candidates must have passed 10+2 level or its equivalent exam from any recognised board to be eligible.
  • Marks Criteria: In the qualifying examination, candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks in aggregate, 60% marks in PCM and 50% in mathematics.
  • Subjects: Candidates must passed with subjects – Computer Science/ PCB/ PCB for Biotechnology without gap in 10th & 12th.
  • Scores: One who have a valid JEE Main scorecard and rank upto 3 lakh are exempted to appear in SUAT.

MBA Courses:

  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed their Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised university/ Institute.
  • Marks Criteria: One must have obtained at least 50% marks in their qualifying examination.
  • Scores: Candidates who have valid scores in SUAT/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT exam will also be eligible to apply.
  • Applicants securing 65% marks in CAT/ XAT exam & 75% marks in MAT exam will be exempted from SUAT exam.

SUAT 2025 Exam Pattern

In the given section, we have provided detailed SUAT Exam Pattern 2025:

  • Mode of Exam: SUAT 2025 Exam will be held through online (CBT) mode.
  • Duration: The exam will be of 90 minutes duration.
  • Type of Questions: Candidates will be asked Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in exam.
  • Number of Questions: There will be 150 questions for Engineering & law programs & 120 questions for all other exams.
  • Marking Scheme: No negative marking is in SUAT exam.

SUAT 2025 Syllabus

The syllabus of SUAT 2025 will be different for various courses offered by university. Candidates will have to prepare for SUAT 2025 as per the syllabus of 10th or 12th level board subjects. 

The SUAT Syllabus 2025 for UG courses will comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Communication, and General Aptitude according to 11th and 12th level. The syllabus for PG courses will include topics from Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, and English Communication.

SUAT 2025 Admit Card

SUAT Admit Card 2025 will be issued to candidates in month of June 2025. Applicants will be required to report at the examination centre along with SUAT 2025 Hall Ticket and passport size photo affixed and a photo ID proof.

In the Hall ticket, important details like name of candidate, exam date and time, exam location, general instruction for exam day etc will be listed. Candidates must ensure to take a printout of SUAT 2025 admit card for future references.

SUAT 2025 Result

Candidates will be able to check their SUAT 2025 result through online mode in month of June/July 2025. Candidates will have to login to website using login details to download their result. The result will be accessible by candidates after the examination is completed.

SUAT Result 2025 will consist of details like name of candidate, category, marks and rank obtained, roll number etc. Those candidates who will successfully qualify entrance exam will be eligible to appear for counselling and admission procedure.

SUAT 2025 Merit List

SUAT Merit List 2025 will be released by authority in month of July 2025, after the declaration of result. The authority will prepare a merit list on th basis of cut off marks and marks obtained by candidates. 

The merit list consisting names of shortlisted candidates will be released through online mode. Applicants will be able to check their merit rank obtained from online portal. Those candidates shortlisted in SUAT 2025 Merit list will be eligible to participate in counselling procedure.

SUAT 2025 Cut Off

The cut off of SUAT 2025 will be the least possible marks set by university in order to provide admission to candidates. Only those candidates who have secured equal to or more than prescribed cut off marks will be eligible to participate in further admission rounds. 

The candidates will have to secure a minimum of 35% cut off marks to be eligible to get admission in University. The cut-off will depend on several factors such as number of candidates appearing for exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year cut off trend, seats available etc.

SUAT 2025 Counselling

SUAT Counselling 2025 will be organised a few days after the announcement of result in month of July 2025. Candidates who have qualified SUAT or other national level exam will be able to participate in counselling  procedures. Applicants will be intimated by authority regarding the commencement of counselling procedure through email or SMS.

The seats in SUAT campuses will be allotted based on various factors such as number of candidates appearing, seats available, rank obtained by candidates, GD/ PI rounds etc. applicants will be required to carry their original as well as self-attested copies of relevant documents for verification process.
