Through the SUAT (Sharda University Admission Test) exam, candidates can get admission into various UG & PG level courses in the field of Engineering, management, commerce, law, etc. SUAT is a university level entrance examination conducted once in a year.

Sharda University is an autonomous university conducting a single admission test for eligible candidates. Candidates with valid scores in national/ state level entrance exam such as JEE Main/ UPSEE/ NEET/ NATA/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT are exempted to appear for the SUAT exam.

Step by step procedure to apply for SUAT 2026 is provided below: 

• Step-1: Visit the website of SUAT online (Link is mentioned above). 
• Step-2: On the homepage, press the “Apply Online” link. 
• Step-3: Start with the registration by entering the basic information. 
• Step-4: After registration, a system generated ID & Password will be provided. 
• Step-5: Now login using allotted details & start filling the application form. 
• Step-6: Enter the asked information such as personal & academic details. 
• Step-7: After form filing, book your examination slot. 
• Step-8: Upload the documents in prescribed format. 
• Step-9: Submit the fee & submit the application form. 
• Step-10: Do not forget to take a hardcopy of application form for further usage.

SUAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can go through the section below to know SUAT 2026 eligibility criteria: 

For B.Tech Courses: 

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level or its equivalent exam from any recognized board to be eligible. 
• Subjects: Applying candidates must pass with subjects – Computer Science/ PCB/ PCB for Biotechnology without gap in 10th & 12th. 
• Marks: To be eligible for the exam, candidates must obtain at least 60% marks in aggregate, 60% marks in PCM and 50% in mathematics. 
• Scores: Those candidates who have a valid JEE Main scorecard and rank upto 3 lakh are exempted to appear in SUAT. 

For MBA Courses: 

• Qualifications: Candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university/ institute to apply. 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must obtain at least 50% marks. 
• Scores: Candidates with valid scores in the SUAT/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT exam are also eligible to apply for the exam. 
• Those candidates securing 65% marks in CAT/ XAT exam & 75% marks in MAT exam are exempted from SUAT Exam. 

SUAT 2026 Exam Pattern

• Exam Mode: SUAT 2026 Exam will be conducted through online (CBT) mode. 
• Duration: Total 90 minutes of duration will be provided to the candidates. 
• Type of Questions: In exam, Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in exam. 
• Number of Questions: Total 150 questions for Engineering & law program & 120 questions for all other exams will be asked. 
• Marking Scheme: There will be no negative marking in SUAT exam. 

SUAT 2026 Syllabus 

SUAT 2026 syllabus will be different for various courses offered by Sharda University. To score higher in the exam, candidates have to prepare as per the syllabus of 10th or 12th level board subjects. 

SUAT 2026 UG syllabus will comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Communication and General Aptitude as per 11th and 12th level. There will be various topics included in SUAT 2026 PG syllabus such as English Communication, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): 

SUAT 2026 Admit Card

The hall ticket will be released in the month of June 2026. SUAT hall ticket 2026 will be generated after booking the exam slot. Candidates have to login using their credentials book their exam date, time slot, exam centre, exam city & state etc. SUAT slot booking is a mandatory process to generate admit card.

After downloading the admit card, affix a passport size photograph in it. Candidates are required to bring their downloaded hall ticket along with the government issued photo ID proof. With out hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

SUAT 2026 Result

Candidates will be able to access the SUAT Result 2026 through online mode. It will be announced in the month of June or July 2026. Minimum 35% marks (SUAT cut-off)) are required to qualify the SUAT exam. The result will be communicated to candidates via official Email.

After the completion of exam cycle, the result will be sent to Sharda University. On the basis of candidate’s performance they will be invited for interview or further admission rounds. Candidates must keep their result safe till the verification process.

SUAT Counselling 2026

After the declaration of result, SUAT 2026 counselling process will begin. The counselling will begin from the month of July 2026. Only qualified candidates will be eligible to appear for counselling. After qualifying the exam, candidates will have to go through the personal interview.

In case of MBA, personal interview and group discussion will be conducted to screen candidates. The PI & GD (if applicable) will be conducted at Sharda university campus or regional centers. After the seat allocation, candidates will have to pay the admission fee and appear for the document verification process.
