Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case two or more candidates score the same marks in entrance exam, then authority will follow the tie-breaking criteria. To break ties, the authority will determine:
- Age
- Rank
- Category
- Marks of candidates, etc.
Symbiosis SET 2024 Cut Off
The cut-off of SET will be published after declaration of result. Cut off are minimum marks that candidates must obtain to qualify entrance exam. The authority will publish the separate cut-off for different categories.
SET cut off will be prepared on the basis of various factors such as difficulty level of exam, marks obtained by candidate, number of applied candidates, seat availability in respective institutions.
Symbiosis SET 2024 Counselling
The authority will not organize any centralized counselling for admission in the affiliated institutions. The participating institutions will organize their separate counseling process for providing admission.
Students will be able to participate in the SET counselling procedure of respective college after downloading scorecard. The institutions will provide admission on the basis of marks obtained by candidates, choice filled by candidates, rank and seats availability. Symbiosis SET 2024 Admission Procedure
Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the admission procedure. There will also be further rounds for admission procedure such as Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
Students will need to qualify both the rounds to get admission in various courses. The final admission will be offered on the basis of the performance throughout the admission procedure. After all the rounds, the final allocation of seats will be done on the basis of total scores.
