TNSET 2024 Application Form has been released on 1st April 2024. This is a state level entrance test which is conducted by Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. • Step-2: Click on the “Registration” button to register.
• Step-3: Enter the details such as email and password.

TNSET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have master’s degree or its equivalent from any recognised university or institutions by UGC.
• Minimum Marks: Applicants must have scored at least 55% marks (50% for OBC–NCL, SC,ST/ PWD-VI/ HI/ PH).
• Age Limit: For TNSET 2024, there will be no age limit to apply.
• Appearing: Final year appearing candidates will be able to apply for the exam.

TNSET 2024 Exam Pattern

• Exam Mode: Exam will be conducted through Online Mode (Computer Based Test).
• Type of Questions: The Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in the exam.
• Duration: Total 3 hours will be given to the candidates to solve the paper.
• Marks: Total 100 marks will be there for Paper I and for Paper II there will be 200 marks.
• Exam Medium: The exam will be conducted in English only except Paper II of language subjects (Tamil, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Sanskrit, Telugu and Urdu).
• Marking Scheme: Each correct response will consist of 2 marks.

TNSET 2024 Exam Centers

The TNSET 2024 exam will be organized in the following cities:

TNSET 2024 Admit Card

The TNSET admit card will be released in fourth week of May 2024 by the authority. Candidates will be able to download the admit card through online mode on the website. To download it, candidates will be required to provide their details like application number and date of birth in the portal.

Only those candidates will be able to download the admit card who have submitted the application form before the deadline. The authority will not sent the admit card via post or any other offline mode.

It will be mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card to the exam center. The authority will not allowed the candidate to sit in the exam without having a valid admit card.

TNSET 2024 Answer Key

The authority will release the TNSET 2024 answer key separately for all subjects as per their codes. It will be released through online mode on the website. Candidates will have to download the answer key of their respective code of the paper and compare their answer with it.

Candidates will also be able to know their score by comparing their answers with that in the TNSET 2024 answer key. In case candidates found any mistake in the released answer key they can easily raise objections or challenge the answer key within the time frame and in the required procedure.

TNSET 2024 Result

The result of TNSET 2024 will be declared through online mode on the website. TNSET Result will be declared in the July/ August 2024 Candidates will be required to enter their registration number or application number and mobile number to check the result.

The qualified candidates in the TNSET 2024 entrance examination will be called for the counselling procedure through online mode. Only appeared candidates will be able to access the result through online mode.

TNSET 2024 Counselling

The TNSET 2024 counselling will be organized in the last week of August 2024 by the authority. Qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling procedure. To participate in the counselling procedure it will be compulsory for the candidates to reach the minimum cut off percentage.

Those candidates who will clear the last interview round in the counselling procedure will be considered as Assistant Professor. At the time of counselling procedure candidates will also be required to bring the required documents for verification procedure.
