TS LAWCET 2024 Result will be made available through online mode. TS LAWCET is a Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test which is conducted at state level. The Law Common Entrance Exam is conducted every year by Osmania University, Hyderabad, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
This exam is conducted to offer admission to candidates into 3 Year/ 5 Year LL.B. Regular Courses and 2 Year LL.M. Courses. Through this exam, candidates will get admission in various government and private Law colleges across the Telangana State. TS LAWCET 2024 Result
The convener will release TS LAWCET 2024 Result in third week of June 2024. The result will be published through online mode in PDF Format. The rank cards will also be made available on the website after the declaration of result.
The rankcard will contain overall rank and category rank of candidates evaluated on the basis of merit marks obtained in entrance test. Candidates are advised to keep their TS LAWCET Rank Card safely till the admission procedure gets completed.

How to Check TS LAWCET 2024 Result
Candidates can check their TS LAWCET 2024 Result by using the following steps:
- Firstly, visit the online website (link will be given above).
- Then, go to the homepage and click “Download Rank Card” tab.
- On clicking, candidates will be navigated to a login window.
- Fill in the login credentials such as Lawcet Hall Ticket No. and Date of Birth.
- Click on “View Rank Card” button.
- The result/ rank card of TS LAWCET 2024 will appear on the screen.
- Download the result and take a printout of it.
TS LAWCET 2024 Rank Card
The rankcard will be released by the convener through online mode. TS LAWCET 2024 Rank card will not be sent to candidates individually by post. The rank card will consist of overall rank and category rank of candidates.
The result/rank card will be downloaded from the online website. Candidates will be able to check their result by entering the Lawcet hall ticket number and date of birth.

TS LAWCET 2024 Result Normalisation Process
The normalisation process is adopted to ensure that no candidate gets advantaged or disadvantaged due to multiple sessions. This process helps eliminate variations in difficulty level of various sessions. The convener will use following normalisation process to avoid the discrimination:
Normalisation marks of candidates,
= GASD + GTA-GASD/STA-SASD X (Marks obtained by candidates in the subject in a session – SASD)
Where,
SASD is a Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of the subject of a session in which candidates appeared.
GASD is a Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of all candidates of all sessions of the subject put together.
STA is an Average mark of to 0.1% of the subject of a session in which candidates appeared.
GTA is an Average mark of to 0.1% of all candidates of all sessions of the subject put together.
TS LAWCET 2024 Merit List
The merit list of TS LAWCET 2024 will be prepared on the basis of marks scored in entrance examination. The convener will release a merit list through online mode on their website.
Only exam qualified candidates will be considered eligible to be shortlisted in the merit list. Those shortlisted candidates will get a counselling letter for admission.

Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case of a tie between two or more candidates, relative rank of candidates will be decided by following the given tie- breaking criteria:
- The marks secured in Part-C of TS LAWCET will be considered
- If a tie- still persists, marks secured in Part-C of TS LAWCET will be considered.
- If a tie still persists, seniority in age will be considered at the time of admission for the purpose of ranking.
TS LAWCET 2024 Cut Off
The authority conducting the TS LAWCET has set a minimum qualifying percentage for shortlisting candidates for admission.
The candidates will have to score a minimum qualifying percentage of 35 % (i.e, 42 out of 120) in TS LAWCET 2024 entrance examination. No minimum qualifying marks/ cut off will be set for candidates belonging to SC/ST for ranking.
TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling
The counselling of TS LAWCET 2024 qualifying students will be held after the declaration of result. The counselling will be conducted through various rounds such as choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, submission of counselling fee etc.
Candidates will be allotted seats based on the choices filled, rank obtained, category and availability of seats for admission. Admission will be offered to candidates based on TS LAWCET counselling process. Candidates will have to produce their original documents and make payment of counselling fee to confirm their seats.
