TS PGECET 2024 Result will be declared in fourth week of July 2024. Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Test (TS PGECET) is a state-level examination. The exam is conducted to provide admission to post- graduate courses.
On behalf of TSCHE, it is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. TS PGECET 2024 Tie- Breaking Criteria
If two or more applicants get an equal score in the exam, there is a tie in the TS PGECET result and merit list.
In such a case, applicants with similar scores cannot be given the same merit. The TSCHE has suggested a systematic set of rules to break the tie. They are listed below:
- When two students get a comparable score in TS PGECET entrance exam, the candidates who receive better marks in the examination will be given precedence over everyone else.
- If the applicants will have the same score in TS PGECET qualifying degree exam as well, the tie in TS PGECET merit list 2024 will be broken by giving precedence to the candidate of an older age.
- Furthermore, if the candidates are of same age group, the tie will be broken by a lot’s draw.
TS PGECET 2024 Cut Off
The cut-off will be the minimal marks set by the authorities for each applicant that participates. Applicants must get a score equal to or higher than the statutory cut off, which will be determined by the exam administration. The authorities will release the cut off with or after the announcement of the result.
The cut-off markings will be made available on the website in an online format. There are other elements that influence cut-off, such as the availability of seats, the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and so on.

Following the release of results, qualified candidates will be invited to the counselling session. TS PGECET 2024 Counselling will begin online in the first week of July 2024. Counselling will be conducted in three stages: registration and document verification, choice selection, and seat assignment.
