UCEED 2024 Seat Allotment (1st Round) has been released on 10th April 2024. Score Card has been released on 11th March 2024. Result has been announced on 8th March 2024. Part A Cut Off has been released on 8th February 2024. Final Answer Key has been released on 1st February 2024. Draft Answer Key has been released on 23rd January 2024. Indian institute of Technology Bombay conducts UCEED under the guidance of the UCEED -CEED Implementation Committee (UCI Committee). Students interested for admission in B.Des at various IITs have to appear for UCEED.

Students with UCEED scores will be offered admission at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Guwahati, IIITDMJ and various other renowned institutions. UCEED 2024 Exam Dates

UCEED 2024 Answer Key

UCEED Answer key has been released on 23rd January 2024. The draft key is released online along with the question papers. Students can submit their comments or objections related to key on online website. Objection can be done till 25th January 2024.

No comments or objections can be accepted through email or any offline mode can not be considered. After considering all comments, final decision is taken by UCI Committee. The final key has been made available on 1st February 2024.

UCEED 2024 Result

UCEED Result has been declared on 8th March 2024. Shortlisted candidates are considered qualified and are provided a common merit rank (All India Rank). Students must make sure that qualifying UCEED does not guarantee admission in B.Des in any institute.

Scorecards is made available for downloading on the portal from 11th March to 12th June 2024. Candidates have to enter their login details in order to download scorecards.

UCEED 2024 Cut Off

For Part A, the announcement of UCEED Cut Off 2024 is made available on 8th February 2024. The cut off is published online for various categories. It is available in marks & percentage.

UCEED 2024 Counselling/ Admission

Admission into B.Des programme in various participating institutions will begin after declaration of rank lists. Only UCEED qualified candidates can participate in UCEED Counselling/ Admission. It is begin from 14th March 2024.

Common application form is made available online. Students are required to fill their personal details and select choice of institutes as per their preference. Students have to submit their fee and upload certain documents. Seat allocation is done based on AIR, category of candidate and availability of seats in the institution. The admitting institutions will only confirm the final admission of the candidates.

UCEED 2024 Exam Centres

UCEED 2024 Examination will be conducted in the following 27 cities in India:

UCEED 2024 Registration

• Registration for UCEED 2024 has been started by online mode.
• Candidates can fill application form from 3rd October 2023.
• Before registering, students must know complete eligibility details provided below.
• Complete details filled in the application must be accurate as any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to rejection of form.
• The admitting institution may cancel the admission in case any information during registration is incorrect or incomplete.
• Last date to register online is till 13th November 2023. Also, candidates can apply after the last date with payment of late fee.
• Last date of registration with late fee is till 20th November 2023.
• At the time of registration, students must be ready with some necessary documents which are:
  • Coloured photograph (as per specifications)
  • Scanned copy of signature
  • Qualifying exam certificates
  • Category certificate
  • ID proof, etc.

Registration Fee:

• Payment mode: The registration fee payment can be done through online mode only using debit card/ credit card/ net banking method.
• An additional late fee is applicable for those registering after the last date.

How to Apply for UCEED 2024:

Know complete steps below to register for UCEED 2024:

• Visit the online website.
• Click on option – ‘Registration portal’.
• Create account with a valid email id which will be verified by sending email verification information.
• Login with provided credentials and fill application form by entering personal, qualification & other details.
• Upload scanned images of required documents in the prescribed format.
• Pay registration fee using the provided payment mode.
• Verify complete entered details and then submit the application form.
• Print the fee receipt and application for reference.

UCEED 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Those appearing for UCEED must go through the complete eligibility criteria and satisfy all three conditions mentioned:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates in 12^th level (any stream) or its equivalent must have passed in all subjects from a recognized board/ authority. Appearing candidates are also eligible.
• Total attempts: UCEED can be attempted by candidates for a maximum of two times (in consecutive years). The score of UCEED is valid for one year and only for admission in same corresponding year.
• Age Limit: Candidates belonging to Open/ OBC-NCL/ EWS category should have born on or after 1^stOctober 1999 (on or after 1^st October 1994 for ST/ SC/ PWD candidates).

Note: In case later it is found that any candidate does not meet any of the eligibility clause, his/her registration will get cancelled.

UCEED 2024 Admit Card

The admit card for downloading is made available for UCEED 2024 on 5th January 2024. It is a mandatory document to be brought on the day of exam along with a photo identity proof. Complete instructions of exam and details of candidates mentioned on UCEED admit card.

If in case candidates find any discrepancy in UCEED admit card, they can contact at UCEED office at IIT Bombay before last date. Last date of rectification in admit card is till 11th January 2024.

UCEED 2024 Exam Pattern

Check out below given UCEED Exam pattern to know complete details related to exam:

• Parts of Exam: There are two compulsory parts in the paper – Part A & Part B.
• Exam mode: Part A will be conducted in online CBT mode. While part B which is drawing skill test will be held in offline mode.
• Duration of Paper: The total time of paper will be of 3 hours.
• Medium Language: The language medium of paper will be in English only.
• Marks: The paper will be of total 300 marks. Part A will be of 200 marks and Part B will be of 100 marks.
• Total Questions: Part A will have total 57 questions and Part B will have 2 question from design aptitude and drawing.
• Type of Questions: There will be numerical answer type questions (NAT), multiple select questions (MSQ) and multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in Part A. From 2024 onwards, Part B will have two questions – One of design aptitude and one of drawing. It will test drawing skills of candidate requiring subjective evaluation. It will be displayed on computer screen and students has to draw in answer book.
