Uni GAUGE 2023 Counselling will be organised separately by the participating/ member universities. will be conducted by each of the participating institution. Uni GAUGE is conducted for admission in engineering courses offered by the Uni Gauge-E member institutions. It is a state level examination regulated by the Educational Rating and Assessment Foundation. The score of entrance exam will be accepted by the 22 participating institutions or university. Uni GAUGE 2023 Admission

After the releasing of score card, candidates will have to proceed for the admission procedure. Candidates will be able to download their score card after few days of the completion of the entrance exam. However, the exam conducting authority will not organize any centralize counselling procedure. Candidates will have to separately apply in each participating institution.

The admission schedule will be released by the each institution on their website. As per the schedule prescribed by the institutions, candidates will have to appear for the admission procedure. The admission process will be comprised of verification of documents and the seat allocation.

Uni Gauge 2023 Counselling

The counselling process will be equivalent to the admission procedure. The counselling will be conducted in from July/ August 2023 by each of the participating institution. The counselling will take place in various steps.

After downloading the score card, candidates will have to directly apply to the institutions accepting Uni GAUGE scores. The list of participating institutions will be updated by the official authority on their website. Candidates can check the list and apply as per their choice.

Each participating Universities / Institutions have their own number of seats, admission criteria, eligibility criteria, reservation if any, and the fee structure etc. So, the candidates are requested to refer to respective university websites for details and criteria for admission.

Uni Gauge Admission Procedure

The universities/institutions will follow the given below steps to offer admission:

• The candidates will have to apply to their desired participating member University/institution in response to the notifications issued by the respective University/Institution along with the test scores.
• Universities will verify the details of the candidates that are participating in their admission process for verification.
• Universities/Institutions will use the scores obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam in their admission process.
• The details of the scores of the candidates will be sent to the member Universities/Institutions on request being made by them.
• After verifying the candidate’s details, the universities/institutions will allot the seats to the candidates.
• Candidates will have to submit counselling fee at the day of counselling.

• Download Uni-GAUGE test score card.
• Check the eligibility criteria in the respective website of the participating university for the course that you are interested.
