VGU Admission 2023 Application Form

Here are the details about Application form for VGU Admission 2023 as given below:

• The application form has been released from January 2023.
• Candidate must first check the eligibility criteria before applying for the application form.
• The VGU Admission 2023 application form has been made available via online mode.
• Candidate must fill the application form by entering the details like name, parents name, academic details, email id, etc.
• After entering all the details in the application form candidate must review the details as there will be no correction facility provided to candidates.
• The last date for submission of application form will be first week of May 2023.
• Take the printout of the application form for future reference.

Application Fee:

• Application fee for every candidate is Rs 2000/-.
• The application fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates can pay the fee by Credit card, Debit card, and Net Banking for transaction.
• The fee is non-refundable once paid.

How to Apply for VGU Admission

• Step-1: Go to the website of VGU Admission 2023 (Link is given above).
• Step-2: Click on the “New candidate’s” registration link.
• Step-3: Verification link will be sent to candidate registered email id.
• Step-4: Fill the application form with all required details including Personal, Communicational, Address, etc., and submit them.
• Step-5: Upload the scanned documents in prescribed format by the authority.
• Step-6: Pay the application fee through online mode.
• Step-7: Take the printout of the Application form and fee receipt for future reference.

VGU Admission Eligibility Criteria

Following are the eligibility criteria for VGU Admission 2023 given below:

For B.Tech courses: 

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th class or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST) to be eligible for admission.
• Subjects: Candidates must pass with subjects as Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects with one of the subject from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology.

For B.Arch. courses:

• Qualification: Candidate must qualify 12th level exam from any recognized board/ institute.
• Subjects: He/ she must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subject in their qualifying exam.
• Marks: The minimum marks candidate must score will be 50% marks to be eligible for exam.
• Score: Candidates must have valid scorecard for NATA 2023 exam.

For MBA course:

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/ institute.
• Marks: Applying candidate must score at least 55% aggregate marks in graduation.
• Appearing: Those candidates who will be appearing in their final qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply.

For M.Tech course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in either B.Tech/ BE or equivalent from any recognized university/ institute.
• Marks: He/ She must score atleast 55% marks in qualifying exam.

VGU 2023 Admission Procedure

VGU 2023 Admission Procedure will be held through online mode. Candidates who want to take admission will have to register themselves to participate in admission procedure. 

The admission procedure for Vivekananda Global University will be followed by multiple rounds. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the university level merit list released by university & on the basis of rank in merit list.

VGU 2023 Entrance Examination

VGU entrance exam will conduct different entrance exams such as CODE for Design Aptitude Test, AIFSET (All India Forensic Science Entrance Test) and VGUCET (Vivekananda Global University Common Entrance Test).

DECODE exam will be held for various UG & PG courses in Design fields. AIFSET exam will be held for admission related to courses in Forensic Science.

VGUCET exam is a national level entrance exam conducted in third week of July 2023. It will be held via online mode. Candidates will be given 1 hour to solve the paper. 1 marks will be alloted for each correct answer, while there will be no negative marking.

VGU 2023 Merit List

VGU 2023 Merit List will be release from third week of July 2023. The authority will release the merit list for candidates who have registered successfully for the admission process. The merit list will be prepared separately for every courses offered.

The merit list will consist of names of registered candidates along with their rank for the counselling procedure. The merit list will display on the website. Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will be considered to be shortlisted for further process.

VGU 2023 Counselling

VGU 2023 counselling will commence from first week of August 2023. The counselling will be available via online mode. The counselling procedure will conduct in multiple rounds. 

The seats will be allotted on the basis of the merit list and choices filled by the candidates in the counselling. All the candidates will also be required to carry their original documents at the time of counselling for verification purpose.

VGU 2023 Admission

The admission process of VGU 2023 will take place at the allotted institutes. At the time of admission, authorities will verify the documents of the candidates. So, it will be candidate’s duty to carry their original documents along with photocopies.

The final admission will be based on their rank in the merit list. The admission letter will be sent to every candidate who will be shortlisted for the admission procedure.
