Students are instructed to meet the XIMB Eligibility Criteria 2026 as given below:

• Qualification: To be eligible for XIMB admission, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Marks: Students must have scored at least 55% marks in their qualifying degree to be considered eligible.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in the final year of Bachelor’s degree may apply for admission.

XIMB 2026 Admission Procedure 

XIM, Bhubaneswar organizes an entrance based admission procedure. Students will have to apply for XIMB Admission Process 2026 with national level entrance exam scores including XGMT/ CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ NATA. 

The institute will calculate cut off marks for shortlisting applicants for WAT, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Final selection will be based on performance in the Admission Test, WAT, GD, PI, academic record, work experience and other factors. 

XIMB 2026 Entrance Exam 

XIM General Management Test (XGMT) is an entrance exam for admission to various PG management programs at XIM University, Bhubaneswar through online mode. The exam will be held in fourth week of January 2026 and the duration of the exam will be 120 minutes long. 

XIMB Entrance Exam 2026 will consist of multiple-choice questions across four sections: Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Emotional Quotient & General Awareness. Each correct answer will earn 3 marks, and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

XIMB 2026 Merit List 

XIMB merit list 2026 will be prepared based on the cut off marks obtained by the applicants in the management level aptitude tests, WAT, GD & PI including other factors. Candidates whose name appears in the merit list will only be offered seats in XIMB, Bhubaneswar.

Students will be able to access the merit/selection list via online mode in fourth week of April 2026. Applicants will be able to access the XIMB Interview Result 2026 by login on the website. Selected candidates must fulfil the eligibility conditions and further admission process.

XIMB 2026 Cut Off

XIMB Cut Off 2026 will comprise of the minimum qualifying marks applicants should score in the national level aptitude test. The cut off for interview will be released by the institute in first week of February 2026.

The Institute will decide separate cut off marks for XGMT/ CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ NATA exams, which will be used for shortlisting eligible candidates to be called for Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

XIMB 2026 Selection Procedure

XIMB Selection Procedure 2026 will be organized in April/May 2026 for admission to MBA programs and its specializations. After the declaration of Interview result, finally selected candidates will receive an email, inviting them for completion of further admission rounds.

Selected candidates will be required to accept the admission offer by paying the admission fee before the stipulated date. The MBA programs will tentatively begin in the third week of June 2026.
