Applied College of Management and Engineering, Palwal

Applied College of Management and Engineering (ACME) is a self-financing private institution, established in year 2007 run by the PRS Education & Research Foundation. The ACME institution is affiliated to the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak and approved by the AICTE, MHRD, Directorate of Technical Education and State Government of Haryana.

Campus:

The ACME campus is sited on the Delhi – Mathura National Highway-2 in Village Mitrol and Post Aurangabad in District Palwal, Haryana. The campus is 40 km from the Faridabad District, 50 km from the Delhi Border and 12 km away from the Palwal Railway Station.

Programmes:

The ACME conducts diploma course, graduate and post-graduate programme in engineering & technology. The campus also conducts the BBA and the MBA programme.

Students & Faculty:

At present, the ACME campus is offering more than 588 seats for admission as the annual intake in all programmes. The campus has more than 41 faculty members from all departments.

Facilities:

The ACME campus provides all facilities those need to be a college like hostels, library, laboratories, sports facility, canteen, spacious classrooms, internet, computer centre and seminar hall.

Activities:

The campus supports the students for their innovation. The students of the last year of mechanical engineering have invented a bike running on compressed air and automatic railway crossing. The campus conducts the co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Placement:

The ACME conducts summer training programme for the last year students and arranging the internship through a well-established training and placement cell. The ACME has a good record of job placement.
