Baba Kuma Singh Ji Engineering College, (BKSJEC) Amritsar is a private aided engineering college located in Amritsar district of Punjab. The college was established in the year 2003 by respected Baba Mangal Singh Ji, with the objective of providing quality education in the fields of engineering and technology in the state of Punjab. The college is affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, and approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE) New Delhi, and Government of Punjab.
Campus:
The BKSJEC is located at Hoshiar Nagar on Attari Road in Amritsar district of Punjab. The college campus is spread in an area of 25 acres of land. The college is About 23 Kms away from Amritsar towards the well-known Wagah Border in the Attari region.
Programmes:
The college is offering six courses in undergraduate engineering discipline leading to the degree of B.tech with the total intake capacity of 360 students, out of which 240 seats are filled through JEE counselling and the remaining 120 seats are management quota seats. The college is also offering 100% concession in the tuition fees to the students of SC/ST.
Facilities:
The major facilities provided by BKSJEC includes well equipped labs and workshops, seminar room, computer centre with well equipped hardware and software, well stocked library having a good collection of books and journals, the library is also subscribed to daily newspapers and weekly magazines, the other facility provided by the college includes Transportation, separate hostel facility for boys and girls, sports facility and medical facility.

The Training and Placement cell is one of the pillars of growth of an organization, that’s the reason why BKSJEC has a well equipped T&P cell. The cell is devoted to helping its students in their training and placement related activities. The major recruiters of the college includes HDFC, Indiamrt.com, Sona, Vodafone, Havells, Airtel etc.
