The Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology is established in the year of 2001 by the KovaiKalaimagal Educational Trust (KKET), Coimbatore. It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology is also known as CIET and it is also accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC.

The Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology (CIET) is situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The CIET campus is spread over 26 acres of land and located in Narasipuram, about 25 kms away from Coimbatore city.
