The scholarship programme was started in the year 1983, and was developed into prestigious international scheme. The scholars in chevening programme come from more than 150 countries and have more than 43000 alumni.

This programme provides full or part funding of the full-time courses at the graduate level.

Hornby Scholarships

A.S. Hornby educational trust offers a scholarship to study one year full-time master degree in English Language Teaching (ELT) in UK. The eligibility for getting this scholarship is as follows:

A candidate must be having Graduate degree.

5 yr experience of English language Teacher/trainer.

Must have scored overall min. band score of 6.5 in IELTS, with not less than 6 in any of the categories.

Involved in some sort of development work as trainers or managers.

Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan

SCFP is one of the largest and well-known scholarship schemes available to the students from commonwealth countries. The scholarships are available to the students aspiring to study in Science, Technology & Engineering, Social Sciences and Humanities & Agriculture.

Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Program

The Aga Khan foundation provides scholarships to the outstanding students from the developing countries; the scholarship is awarded to the students on the basis of competitive application process in the month of June/July. The scholar is awarded on 50% grant and 50% loan basis. The scholarship assists the students in tuition fees and living expenses only. Half of the scholarship amount is considered as a loan which must be paid by the student on an annual surcharge of 5%.
