Doaba Women Institute of Engineering & Technology (DWIET) is a private aided engineering college established in the year 1998. The college is located in Mohali district of Punjab. The DWIET is a part of Doaba group of colleges. The college is financed and managed by Doaba Khalsa Trust. The DWIETA is affiliated to Punjab Technical University, jalandhar and approved by AICTE New Delhi.

Campus:

The Chitkara University is located at village Ghataur, kharar Tehsil of Mohali district. The college comprises of all major facilities having good infrastructure and lush green environment. The college is well connected to all major transport facilities.

Programmes:

The college is offering three courses in the graduate engineering discipline, the courses offered by DWIET are approved by AICTE and affiliated to PTU Jalandhar.

The Training and Placement department of DWIET act as an interface between the employers and the budding students so that the students get ample job and training opportunities. The T&P cell of DGC bridges the gap between the students and the leading companies of various sectors. The cell also arranges job opportunities for all the eligible and interested students. The cell coordinates and manages various personality and skill enhancement program to improve the overall personality of the students.
