AIIMS PG 2025 Application Form will be released via online mode. All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) is a national level entrance test conducted for admission into 6 year & 3 year course. For 6 year course, INI CET exam is organized offering admission in MD, MS, DM MCH & MDS course. For 3 year, INI SS exam is organized offering admission in DM, M.Ch & MD Hospital Administration courses. Examination for both INI CET & INI SS course is held twice in a year in the month of January & July. AIIMS PG 2025 Application Form
Check following points regarding AIIMS PG 2025 Application Form:
- AIIMS PG 2025 Application Form will be released via online mode. No candidates can submit it via post or any other offline medium.
- The application form will be made available separately for INI CET & INI SS twice in a year.
- INI CET 2025 registration process will be commenced from second week of September till second week of December 2024.
- For INI SS 2025, candidates will be able to make registration from first week of September till second week of October 2025.
- During registration, one must not forget to upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
- All communication details will be sent to candidate’s registered number & ID, so it must be valid/ working.
- One must make sure that forms will be accepted only of eligible candidates, so it must be valid/ working in any case
- Once all details are completely filled, candidates must not forget to take its printout for future use.

- The application fee will be submitted via online mode.
- Mode of payment includes credit card, debit card & net banking.

How to Apply for AIIMS PG
Candidates must check following step by step procedure while applying for AIIMS PG:

- Click on, “Registration’ Login” Option
- Complete basic registration by entering details such as candidate’s name, parent’s name, qualification & communication details
- Then login using application number & password
- Proceed to submit other asked & required details in the form.
- Upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format
- Re-check the given details in the form
- Now submit application fee as per your category & course
- After fee submission, a confirmation page will appear on your screen
- Take its printout for future use
AIIMS PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria
One must check following eligibility norms before applying for AIIMS PG 2024:
For INI CET:
- Nationality: Indian Nationals, OCI, NRI & foreign national candidates will be eligible.
- Qualification: Applying candidate must have completed MBBS degree recognised by MCI/ NMC & must have also completed 1 year required period of rotating internship/ practical training on or before 31st July 2025.
- Percentage: One must have scored atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST category).
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply for INI CET.
For INI SS:
- Qualification: To be eligible, one must have completed MD/ MS degree from any MCI approved board or university.
- Age Limit: Students must not be more than 35 years in age as on 1st January 2025. 3 years age relaxation will be given to OBC category and 5 years age relaxation will be given to SC/ ST category.
- Appearing: Those candidates who will be appearing in their qualifying exam in year of admission will be also eligible to apply.
AIIMS PG 2025 Exam Pattern
Candidates must check following details regarding AIIMS PG 2025 Exam Pattern:
For INI CET:
- Exam Mode: INI CET exam will be held via online (computer-based) mode.
- No. of Questions: Question paper will consists of 200 questions in the exam.
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in the paper.
- Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will carry 1 mark. For each incorrect answer, -1/3 marks will be deducted.
- Duration: Students will get 3 hours to solve the question paper.

- Marking Scheme: +1 marks will be given for each correct option. -1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

AIIMS PG 2025 Admit Card
AIIMS PG 2025 Admit Card will be made available via online mode. Hall Ticket will be released separately for both INI CET & INI SS. Students must not forget to check all details in the admit card. In case of any mistake found, one must contact authority.
It contains all details such as candidate’s name, roll number, exam time, date, venue & some instructions. It will be mandatory for all candidates to carry admit card along with one ID proof at exam hall to avoid any kind of rejection.
AIIMS PG 2025 Answer Key
AIIMS PG 2025 Answer Key will be released via online mode. Candidates will be able to download it via pdf format. It will be released separately for INI CET & INI SS for both sessions. Authority will first release provisional answer key. Candidates will be also given opportunity to make challenges against answer key (if any). It will be open for limited time period only.
Once objection period will get over, authority will publish final answer key. With the help of answer key, candidates will be able to assume their marks even before result declaration. Also, result will be prepared on the basis of final answer key.
AIIMS PG 2025 Result
AIIMS PG 2025 Result will be released via online mode. No candidate will receive it via post or any other offline medium. Candidates will be able to check their scores separately for INI CET & INI SS course for both sessions. Students must know that it will be mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in counselling session.
Result will be published via pdf format. Students will have to download it to check their marks & percentile. It will consists of all required details such as candidate’s name, roll number, marks scored in each subject, result status & qualifying percentile score.
AIIMS PG 2025 Cut Off
AIIMS PG 2025 Cut Off Criteria will be released via online mode. It will be released via pdf format only. Cut off depends on various factors such as marks scored by no. of candidates appeared, previous year cut off trend, difficulty level of exam etc.
Cut off are the minimum marks one have to score to qualify the examination. It will be published separately for both sessions & exams.
AIIMS PG 2025 Counselling
AIIMS PG 2025 Counselling Procedure will be held via online mode. It will consists of various rounds for both sessions of INI CET & INI SS. It will be commenced from January 2025 for first session. All qualified candidates will have to participate in counselling session mandatory.
Seats will be given to candidates on the basis of merit, choice filling & availability of seats. Admission will be given on the basis of seats availability & document verification rounds. Following documents will be required at the time of verification:
