Vidya Bharathi Institute of Technology also known as VBIT, Warangal was established in 2002 by Hyndavi Educational Society as a private institute. The institute has been affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and approved by AICTE, New Delhi and recognized by Govt. of AP.
Campus
The VBIT has sprawling campus in 33 acres of land. The college campus lies in a peaceful environment of Jangaon city with spacious buildings with more than 100000 sft of built up area. It is situated 5kms from Jangaon and 55 kms from Hanamkonda on the national highway 163.
Facilities
The VBIT campus is facilitated with infrastructure and amenities as per the norms set by AICTE. Facilities at VBIT are well stocked library, classrooms, and internet, computer centre equipped with 60 P-IV nodes on LAN system with free internet access through 512 Kbps broadband, laboratories, computer centre, and sports facility.
