PES Scholar Aptitude Test (PESSAT) is a university level entrance exam for admission to various UG, PG & PhD courses. PES University is a private university located at Bangalore. PES University 2025 Application Form

Read below section to know complete details related to PES  University Application Form 2025:

• PES University Application Form 2025 will be made available via online mode.
• Candidates will be able to fill online application form for various courses in fourth week of October 2024.
• Candidates will be given admission only after fulfilling the required eligibility requirements.
• Provide valid email address and mobile number for registration, as all important details will be sent to the same.
• Applicants must fill in all necessary details such as personal, educational and other details in application form.
• Application correction facility will or will not be provided by authority, so candidates must ensure to fill in correct details in application form.
• A printout of filled application form must be kept in safe custody for future references.

Application Fee: 

• Application fee of PES University 2025 will be paid through both online or offline mode.
• Online payment will be submitted using credit card, debit card or net banking
• Offline payment will be made through Bank Challan or Demand Draft will be sent at “PES University General Fund” payable at PES University.
• Applicants have to pay Rs. 1200/- as application fee.

PES University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the prescribed PES University Eligibility Criteria 2025 as mentioned below: 

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: One must have completed 12th level exam from any recognised board.
• Percentage: Passed the qualifying examination with minimum of 50% marks in qualifying exam
• Mandatory Subjects: Applicants must have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.
• Scores: Candidates having valid scores of PESSAT, KCET or JEE Main entrance exam will be also considered for admission.

For B.Arch Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed a diploma level exam from any recognised board to be eligible.
• Percentage: One must have obtained atleast 50% marks in qualifying exam to be eligible to apply.
• Mandatory Subjects: In qualifying examination, one must have passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: A bachelor’s degree holder from any recognised university to apply for admission.
• Percentage: Applying candidates must have scored minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam
• Scores: A valid scorecard of  PESSAT/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ PGCET GRE level will be required.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in qualifying exam in year of admission will also be eligible.

For MCA Course:

• Qualification: One who have qualified a graduation degree from any recognised board or university will be eligible.
• Percentage: At least a minimum of 50% marks must be obtained in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in qualifying exam will also be eligible to apply.

PES University 2025 Admission Procedure 

PES University Admission Procedure 2025 will consist of various steps. Candidates will have to first register to website & then appear in qualifying exam. Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks in entrance exam or 12th level exam will be eligible to take admission.

Candidates will be called for counselling process based on their names appearing in merit list. The university considers number of national level entrance exam scores such as CAT, PGCET, MAT, UCEED, JEE Main, GRE, CLAT etc for admission.

PES University 2025 Entrance Exam 

PES Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) is an entrance examination conducted by PES University for admission to various courses. This exam will be held through online (CBT) mode for candidates who want to get admission in UG & PG Courses.

In the entrance exam, candidates will be asked Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The duration of PES University Entrance Exam 2025 will be of 3 hours 50 minutes. Candidates will  be able to download admit cards after slot booking process.

PES University 2025 Result/ Merit List 

The university will declare PES University Result 2025 through online mode on the website. Candidates will be able to check their scores through login credentials as application number & password. The result for B.Tech courses will be declared in third week of May 2025.

Results will be accessible by candidates in pdf form as a merit list for few courses. The university will organise counselling process for candidates whose names appears in PES University Merit List 2025. 

PES University 2025 Cut off  

Candidates applying for admission in university will be required to meet minimum qualifying marks as set by university. PES University Cut off 2025 will be published through online mode few days after the declaration of result. 

In order to be considered eligible for admission in various courses offered at university, candidates must achieve the minimum cut off marks, failing which will lead to disqualification from further admission procedures.

PES University 2025 Counselling

PES University counselling 2025 will be held via online mode. Counselling process will be commenced in fourth week of May 2025 for B.Tech & various other courses. Candidates who will qualify entrance exam and get shortlisted in merit list will be called for counselling and interviews.

The university will organize a counselling procedure in two rounds. Candidates will have to register themselves to participate in counselling process. The seats allotted to candidates will be confirmed only after verification of documents & fee submission.
