UPSEE (UPCET) 2025 Counselling – Open for B.Tech (Via JEE)

 AKTU/ UPTU 2025 Counselling has been started on 27th May 2025 for B.Tech admissions (via jEE scores). Click here to register.

Admission is offered to the UG & PG courses in the field of Engineering, management etc. Admission in B.Tech courses will be offered through JEE Main and in B.Arch courses will be given through NATA scores.

UPSEE (UPCET) Counselling 2025 

Candidates, those who have qualified their examination, have called for the counselling as per their merit. It will be organised through online mode in 11th June 2025 for admission through JEE scores. Counselling process will be  started after result/ rank list declaration. The UPSEE 2025 counselling process will comprised of following rounds: 

Online Registration>Document Verification>Online Choice Filling>Seat Allotment>Reporting

It will be conducted in five rounds, including spot counselling (if seats remain vacant). The AKTU Counselling 2025 fee will be Rs. 1000/-. It will be adjusted at the time of admission with the college fee.

Candidates must also upload scan copy of their documents for verification through online mode. Candidates must fill many choices of colleges/ courses to avoid seat missing. Candidates must also edit their choices before locking them.

It will be necessary to lock the filled choices. In case, the candidates will not get their preferred choice seat in the first round of UPTU 2025 counselling. They must appear in the second round of counselling. If candidates get a seat during the later round of counselling, then their earlier allotted seat (if any) will be automatically cancelled.

UPSEE (UPCET) 2025 Cut Off will be the minimum marks which will be considered for admission in UP Colleges. The cut off will be the minimum marks which candidates will have to secure in the examination to qualify the examination.

UPTU Counselling Procedure

The UPSEE (UPCET) 2025 counselling process involves the following steps:

Online Registration:

Firstly, candidates must have to register for the counselling through online mode. Candidates must register for counselling by entering their application number & password. During registration, candidates will have to pay a counselling fee of Rs. 1000/-. The fee will be paid through online mode (credit card/debit card/internet banking).

Document Verification:

After fee payment, candidates will also have to upload the scanned copy of all documents/certificates. The size of each document must be a maximum 200 KB. Candidate’s documents/ certificates will be verified by the university through online mode. 

Online Choice Filling:

After successful fee payment & transaction is updated at the NIC server of UPSEE, the “Choice Filling & Locking” link will be activated immediately on the login page. Candidates must fill their choices of college & courses as per their preferences.

Candidates must fill the maximum number of choices. Candidates should lock the filled choices in a specified period. Otherwise, the choices filled by the candidates at the end of the specified period will be automatically locked by the system.

Seat Allotment:

Candidates must check the seat allotment result by entering their “Application Number” & “Password”. Candidates should also download their seat allotment letter for admission. The allotment of seats will be carried out on the basis of UPSEE merit, availability of seats, subject to the order of preference given for the seats. After seat allotment, no change in the branch/institution will be admissible.

Reporting:

After the declaration of seat allotment result, candidates must have to report at the allotted college in a given time period. Candidates’ seats will be automatically cancelled in case they will not report at the allotted college in a given time. After that, the seat will be given to the next candidate.

AKTU/ UPTU Admission Procedure 2025

After completion of the counselling process, candidates will have to report at the allotted college with a provisional allotment letter.

Candidates will also have to bring the remaining amount of fee & all relevant documents (Original & one set of self-attested photocopies). It will be compulsory to pay the remaining admission fee to confirm their seat & admission, otherwise, the seat will be allotted to other applicants .

Candidates, those will be allocated a seat & get admission in the allotted institution, the fee submitted by them during counselling, without any deduction will be adjusted against the Institution fee.

Candidates will have to upload the given documents/certificates at the time of UPSEE (UPCET) Counselling 2025:

• Class 12th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate

• Qualifying Rank Card
• Domicile Certificate
