JIPMER Nursing 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Below we have mentioned the eligibility criteria of JIPMER Nursing 2025:

For B.Sc. Nursing Courses:

• Nationality: The candidates must be an Indian citizen.
• Age limit: Applicant should have completed age of 17 years on or before 31st December 2025. There will be no upper age limit to be eligible. 
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12th from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicant will be required to score atleast 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC category and 45% for PwD category) to be eligible.
• Subject: Students should have passed class 12th with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany and Zoology and English. 
• Score card: Applicants must have a scorecard of NEET 2025 exam.

For Post B.Sc. Nursing Courses:

• Qualifications: Candidates should have a diploma in general nursing and midwifery to be eligible.
• Experiences: Applicants must have one year experience in a hospital/ school of nursing after a completion of B.Sc. Nursing/ PB nursing.
• Registration: Students should have registered themselves with a state registration council.

For M.Sc. Nursing Courses:

• Nationality: Applicants must be an Indian citizen.
• Qualification:  To be eligible, students should have a bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Nursing.
• Marks: There will be no specific marks criteria to apply.
• Experience: Candidates must have an experience of at least one year as a staff nurse.
• Registration: Students should have registered themselves with the state registration council of nursing and midwifery.

JIPMER Nursing 2025 Exam Pattern

Applicants must go through the JIPMER exam pattern 2025 mentioned below:

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be held in online mode.
