IIT JAM 2024 Admit Card has been released from the 8th January 2024 through online mode. The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras is the authority to conduct the IIT JAM 2024 exam. Indian Institute of Technology Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT JAM) is a national level Entrance Exam conducted once a year on the behalf of the Government of India. This exam offers admission into various Post-Bachelor’s degree programs in the field of science i.e. MSc. and MSc. (Tech.). M.Sc. – M.Tech (Dual Degree) etc. programmes. Candidates seeking admission in different IITs must qualify in this exam. The admission will be given to candidates based on the All India Rank (AIR) secured in test paper of IIT JAM 2024. The IIT JAM 2024 Admit Card is made available through online mode only. The candidates have to download the admit card by entering login details. The admit card for IIT JAM 2024 is available to download from 8th January 2024.
The candidates will need to carry their admit card along with an original photo Id proof on the day of IIT JAM 2024 entrance examination. The entrance exam will be held on 11th February 2024. The candidates must ensure to preserve a copy of admit card for the verification to be done in examination hall and at the time of admission.

How to Download IIT JAM 2024 Admit Card
The procedure to download the admit card is mentioned below:
- Go to the website of IIT JAM (link is provided above).
- Click on the “JOAPS” link.
- Enter the Email ID/Enrollment ID/Mobile No./Registration No. and password.
- Click on “Submit” button.
- Click on the “Download Admit Card” option.
- Now, download the admit card and keep a copy of it safe.
IIT JAM 2024 Admit Card Correction
Candidates are advised to carefully check the details printed on the admit card. In case, any discrepancy found in details of the admit card, the candidates should inform the IIT JAM 2024 organising authority immediately. Candidates those are facing difficulties in downloading the admit card will also have to inform the authority.
Candidates must contact the authority through helpline numbers or email/SMS. Candidates will need to provide their name, user Id, email Id, mobile number, email address and city code of test centre etc. The authority will take appropriate measures to make changes in the details.

Documents Required on IIT JAM 2024 Exam Day
- A print out of the downloaded admit card will be mandatory.
- Any one original photo ID proof such as Aadhaar card/ PAN card/ Voter Id/ passport/10th or 12th admit card etc.

How to Retrieve Forgotten Password/ Enrollment Number
Here are the steps to retrieve the login credentials for IIT JAM 2024 Admit Card:
- Go to the IIT JAM website.
- In the login window, click on the “Forgot Enrollment Id and Password” tab.
- If candidates do not remember their password, click on “Request for an OTP”.
- Enter the OTP, choose and confirm the new password.
- Click on the “Send an OTP” Button.
- And the new password will be sent on the registered email ID or phone number.
- If candidates do not remember their enrollment number, then click on “Forgot Enrollment ID”.
- Enter the mobile number and email ID in the space given.
- Click on the “Send Enrollment ID” button.
- The new enrollment number will be sent through SMS on the registered mobile number/ email ID.
