How I can become a corporate lawyer?

      Clat is necessary if you want to enroll in NLS (National Law Schools) there’s another test called LSATS for private institutions like Lovely professional University or Birla college of law etc etc, some states in India have quotas for students of their own state who don’t require these tests to be taken

      I am a commerce graduate and right now pursuing my l.l.b. actually CLAT is for undergraduates.. after class 12 if someone wishes to do law den he/she has to give this all India examination. but graduates are not allowed to sit for CLAT. after your you do ur l.l.b which is a three years course for graduates. after you are done with your l.l.b.. den you have options to do a specialisation course on corporate law.
      last year before getting into l.l.b I made a thorough search on this topic. so u can trust. I would still suggest you check net as well after reading this.

    Am studying my 5yr LLB frm A.U related cllg NBM vizag from AP. I’d like to know that this is my last year to complete it. After completion 1yr practice under a senior lawyer that too I want to choose corporate law for my further.       You can start with a salary of 20 to 30 thousand, after gaining some experience salary will increase. If you are working with MNC’s yes you do have a chance to go abroad.

      Yes, there is the exam CLAT as the entrance exam for corporate law. You will be provided with syllabus and guidelines, when u register.

    Hello Sir/madam,

    I am B.Tech graduate (Mechanical Engineer) and Currently I am working at a Maharatna PSU serving the Nation for last four decades. While working as an engineer I see there are may legal complications be it related to contractual disputes with contractors, arbitration, labor law issues etc. and that made me think about studying law related to my field (corporate/business law and labor law) which would help in my current job (as a legal adviser) as well as help me grow faster in my career having a mixed background of engineering and law. As I work at project sites in remote areas I cannot attend regular courses while working and I Cannot leave my job as my family is dependent on me and my job. So I think distance learning is my way out in this situation. I request you to please suggest me best in class law colleges/institutes and courses related to my concern and their recognition. I would be very thankful to your for your help.
