- Nationality: Candidate should be an Indian citizen to be eligible.
- Qualification: Applicants must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Marks: Students will be required to score at least 45% marks in aggregate in qualifying exam (40% marks for reserved category candidates).
For 5 year LLB course:
- Nationality: Applying candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Qualification: Students who have completed class 10+2 or equivalent from the institute in Maharashtra state will be eligible for exam.
- Marks: To be eligible, candidates will required to obtain at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for ST/ SC category candidate and 42% marks for OBC category candidate)

The MH CET Law admit card 2025 will be released through online mode. Applicants will be able to download the hall ticket from the website. The intimations regarding hall tickets will be sent through Email/ SMS.
