MAH MCA CET 2024 Counselling, Seat Allotment – Check Details
MAH MCA CET 2024 Counselling will be started from April/ May 2024. It is conducted through online mode only. Candidates those wishing to get admission in the first year and lateral entry of three years of MCA programme must attend the counselling. Candidates must go through the counselling conducted by the government of Maharashtra, State CET Cell. MAH MCA CET is a state level entrance exam to get admission in the government aided/un-aided managed institutions. The Counselling procedure will be conducted for successfully registered candidates only. Candidates will be able to participate in counselling through online mode by registering themselves in counselling portal. Counselling procedure will be conducted in various rounds based on the availability of seats after each round of counselling.
After the announcement of the result, authority will start Centralized Admission process (CAP) for the qualified candidates. This process is composed of the choice filling & locking, document verification process and confirmation of admission.

Instructions Regarding Counselling
The Directorate of Technical Education will publish the provisional seat allotment list on their website. Candidates will be called for the counselling as per their performance in the written examination. Provisional merit list will be released in May 2024.
Authority will start the counselling registration process from April/ May 2024. Candidates can register on the website by entering their MAH MCA CET 2024 roll number, registration number and date of birth. Candidates are advised to register themselves on time.
Candidates also instructed to check the eligibility criteria of that particular university for which candidate will apply. Seat allotment will be released in May 2024 for cap round II. It will be released in May 2024 for CAP Round-III.
MAH MCA CET 2024 Admission Procedure
The admission selection process is completely based on the marks secured by the candidate in the entrance examination. On the basis of rank of candidate and availability of the seats in the colleges, the admission is provided to the shortlisted candidates.
Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee and submit the original documents. The admission will be given only on fulfilling the complete eligibility criteria prescribed by the authority. It will be necessary to get registered on the website and get verified the documents followed by the application confirmed at Facilitation Center.
